Munchki, he says if you just actually start towards what you want in any way you can with baby steps and keep going and believing then you will find resources, support, opportunities etc but you need to keep going and use them and be open to the fact that the route may completely different to what you expect.
inaction is really a sign that you don't believe it can happen so unlikely to get you anywhere. you may concentrate on winning the lottery believing that it is the law of attraction you are using but actually you don't really believe there is any way you could get what you want in any other way.
Doing the lottery but believing there are all sorts of other ways that you may be able to make it happen and starting to take action is actually real believing leading to action and being open to success.
It is common sense really but we find it hard to believe in ourselves.

yukki - have been trying to think of ways you could kickstart what about doing the downshift challenge, instead of muller get tesco value yogurts 4 x 15p (its only for a week!) save you over £2, loo rolls - instead of velvet/andrex or whatever get Daisy Loo Roll from MrT's £1.99x9 (its okay they are quilted and dont disintegrate when you use them!) saves you another £3 or so, walk to work if thats possible, take sandwiches/lunchbox theres at least another £10, make-up or half used perfume you no longer use stick that on fleabay, theres always your slippers/socks:eek: - wonder how much we'd get for a second hand merkin - mabel work on that one please:eek::eek::eek::eek: any volunteers looking for a modelling career?, look at pot noodles/food and see what the sell for - sold a terry's choc orange to Germany for £3+ only paid 25p for it, be really hard necked gather up all the heinz ketchup sachets if you are anywhere and punt them too,
    just a few thoughts

I love the hunt down 100 challenge but I am not going to do it. I have some groundwork to do this week on our finances and want to focus on that otherwise I'll be tempted to leave it and do the challenge instead rather than as well.
will be cheering everyone on though.

Em I haven't been to anywhere in Europe for years, but you might have to be cautious about what you give them, they may get certain things taken from them as not allowed through customs.

Jo, completely agree and again the important bit is *we* ourselves must take that first step and find that belief or nothing can happen. I do agree that we never see ourselves, skills, talents etc in the same way that those closest to us see us. Yes one of those things I noticed this weekend a lot. Yes it is also the hardest to believe in yourself at times. I find it easier to help someone plan, write, support, think chase their dreams as you see it objectively, I struggle at times seeing my own things and the direction I want to go with them, never give myself enough credit, but then I think that is something we all suffer from in some way! I also suppose in a wee way, well ok a big wee way lol, I believe in fate. things really do happen for a reason, ours is just not always the reason to know why. I am grateful for the past 16 months experiences in so many ways, they all happened for a reason and I came out the other side, slightly bruised and a little battered, but more determined, stronger and more me again. I learned alot...

think it's all tied into that - but think really we are all believers in ourself and who needs books to tell us what we can achieve, through having a positive attitude and recognising opportunities we do that anyway, some just dont recognise the opportunities or potential.
