I am counting votes at the election Thursday night and they are paying over £200 in my area.I emailed my council yesterday to see if my daughter and friend could apply ,and within an hour they got a phone call saying yes,my daughter then sent an email asking if her partner could help and he was offered the job too.Thats £600 for one family for one nights work.
So why noyt give your local council a try,as they could be short of helpers too.

I'm too late for this time around, but my local council are sending me a form to fill out to put me on their books for elections to come.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

My council are only using employee's people from outside can sign up to be put on the waiting list but you have to have a CRB check and that takes weeks to come back
