I'm having a DFW baby!!

I know what you mean, my first was a bit of a 'surprise', albeit a welcome one, so I never really had to try! And the wait has meant I'm in a much better position financially, although things will still be tight, which is why I thought it might be an idea to keep track of it in a thread (putting how much I'm spending down in black and white makes me feel more accountable somehow lol). I'm impatient though, and once I have my heart set on something (yeah, I can't wait for the sleepless nights and smelly nappies, the constant worry, the endless guilt trips, the PAIN ) I want it to happen straight away!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

hi snagglepuss
hope your pmt is just a hidden pg symptom (mine was) the pregnancy thread over on the marriage etc board does have a couple of people who are ttc so you would not be on your own!!
Good luck

Hi Ziggy, thanks very much, I wont give up hope just yet then, although I've got the aches too now (could also by a pregnancy symptom I suppose but seems a bit too coincidental!). I see your baby is due in November, is it your first? I'll definitely have a read of the pregnancy thread, I keep meaning to do it, but keep getting engrossed in the Debt Free Wannabe board!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Snagglepuss,
Be warned, a friend of mine got all her monthlies and only took a pregnancy test to prove her bf wrong..... that was Halloween... turned out she was nearly six months along, and my lovely god-daughter was born full-term in January!!
She takes a Poundland test once a month now, whatever her body is doing!!Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....

Crikey!!! Actually, I'd quite like that, at least the pregnancy wouldn't seem as long!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

I will, thanks. I'm terrified at the thought of doing a test - never did like exams lol! I'm still trying not to get my hopes up but I'm a good few days late now. Not sure if I can wait till tomorrow to go to Poundland for a test though, I might cheat and go to asda tonight .
(Can they fail you if you cheat on a pregnancy test??? )"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Have only just picked up on this thread, and I get to it at the cliffhanger stage!!!!! Will keep my fingers crossed for you. And I shall continue to read this particular thread with interest, as hopefully I shall be trying the same within the next year. Have set myself a goal to start trying once our debt is reduced by half. By then you will ahve written the book on it. Good luck hon.0
