it's definitely a keeper diet! After a week and i've beaten my cravings to greasy fast food (i'm defo a chip shop girl!), I don't think I'll stray from this even when I have toned up - its so easy to follow.
Tara, there's a nice recipe for chicken tikka, home made beefburgers and chips, fritatas and others on the website/books.
And i've just used up one of my handcreams on my desk!Well it was a BS Raspberry Puree Body Lotion in a pump dispenser WIBA it's really good as a handcream surprisingly, moisturising and non greasy - soaks in quickly so a yes
but I have a 2 mango's, 2 moringa's, 2 coconut's and another raspberry one before i reach that stage :P

roshy, I love your avatar! So pretty.
I think slimming world seems to be one of the best diets to follow from what I've heard because it is sustainable once you get to your proper weight.
I always advocate looking at your hand for portion control. If you look at your fist and slice it from your index finger knuckle to your thumb knuckle, that gives you your carbs portion. The palm of your hand (without fingers and thumb) including the thickness is how much protein you should have. The whole fist is how much veg you should have.
It doesn't sound like much but I bet it would satisfy your hunger!
With food getting cheaper and more easily obtainable, unfortunately we do all tend to over eat. Maybe not in volume but we have more nice things all the time rather than having any plain days where food is not that calorific. Oh well, summer is here, tis the season for salad 7 days a week! Thanks for all the feedback on Slimming World, I've been considering joining up so may well do when I manage to get a Wednesday off! I've done Weightwatchers before and I usually get bored of it after a couple of months. Well done on the weight loss c l a i r e! That's fab!
Sorry to hear about the crappiness Bronnie and Rosemary, hope you're having better days now!
A couple of use ups to report - some 'Thai Spa' bubble bath (not bothered about) and denture cleaning tablets (have now found cheaper ones). Everything else is still going and I've only taken the top off of a HUGEEEEE Fcuk shower gel, it's going to last forever!!!!I want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul, I want you to notice when I'm not around0 -

!
ha ha I've got a bottle of that keeps staring at me accusingly from the bathroom window ledge and a bottle of the matching:(body lotion:(:( It smells s bit blah, not like any Thai Spa I'd want to visit.
Got out my footspa the other day, used up some in this but you gotta be careful as the bubbles start to froth up and creep across the room alarming the cat!
Sold the loofah and salt scrub from the set on ebay though, so that's a bit of carp out of the way at least!!0 -
