Forget to say yesterday, I did PYNM. A lovely bright pink. Having got my tangoed self in the bath earlier and turned the water a very odd colour, I have decided to call it quits on the ted baker cream. I'll take it into work tonight and see if anyone can make use of it
.
Tomorrow I think will see the last of the shampoo and conditioner. Heck, I might have to buy some conditioner soon!

use up: Elemis tri enzyme resurfacng gel mask. wiba: no.
Ididn't do PYNM and in the last week or so have ''let myself go''. Trying to get back into the routine, because boy does it show!0 -
Use ups to report ....
A Timotei smooth and sleek (or words to that effect!) shampoo and conditioner. Have now started some bargain BOGOF Tresemme S&C but am not really a fan - will use it up though. I'm also down to the dregs of a Sure roll on deodorant, although they seem to go on forever!
On the weightloss front - I haven't weighed for ages but have been comfort eating due to work stress and generally being hassled and am now feeling decidedly chubby!
I will weigh in the morning and then think about which diet to do - as a veggie SW tends to suit me (green days) but calorie counting also works. Hmmm - choose your weapon tubby (to myself!)!0 -
I went into Boots after work today intending to buy the sun hair protection spray for 75 p after using my No 7 voucher. I was going to do this last week and resisted at the last minute because I decided it would be too big a bottle to take on holiday along with all the other toiletries I take. I've thought about it since and decided I could decant some of it into a smaller spray bottle that I've got. I felt like I needed a small treat (probably because I'm doing the no chocolate challenge and am missing that daily treat or two) and as I haven't already got any of this product or anything like it I felt justified in making a purchase. Guess what? There were none left! The coupon doesn't run out until next week and so I've still got chance to get one.
Anyway, I was determined to buy a small something and ended up in Poundland. They'd got some Trevor Sorbie conditioner for brunettes. I picked one up but then thought of all the conditioner I've got in my stash and was able to put it back on the shelf. My only purchase ended up being a pack of 4 Dove soaps from Bodycare as the OH uses this and he's nearly run out. Boring, eh?
I still need to buy a hair colour which I want to use at the weekend but I didn't get it today as I am waiting for the Boots Skinnie voucher to come out (tomorrow?).
I've used up one handcream sachet Atrixo - very moisturising - and should use up a Nivea Hand Essential Moisturising Lotion tomorrow WIBA? No, it's very runny or maybe that's got something to do with the fact that I've had it so long :rotfl:.0 -
Two use ups today, goodness!!!
1. Botanics mini Quench body lotion - will put £1 in my savings pot. WIBA: no, too thin and watery so didn't live up to its name!
2. Soap & Glory Daily Smooth, I got 2 full uses out of it after cutting it open!!! It was part of my hatbox, how much should I put in the pot for it? The full value or a token amount? Anyway, WIBA: YES! It is gorgeous in consistency and smell. Dreamy! :A
OK, have decided to put £8 in my pot as that is the cost of TDS to buy on its own... that's what it would cost me to replace it so it will be a good motivator not to buy any more till the stash is finished!!!Narrow escape as ended up in Selfridges last night but forgot my credit card so no spending for me! Only toothpaste bought this month....so far.
Lucky you :rotfl:, and well done everyone else who has shown restraint, I am impressed!

Hi all,
Well done on the weightloss, UUs and restraint in new buys! :T
Thanks also for the menu plan - some good ideas. Interesting how eating one type of food one day and another the next allows you to eat what you like still. Me likey! I'm currently on the Shadowsfall version of Slim FastI have the shakes or bars instead of breakfast and lunch... most days. Sometimes I get so fed up I grab a lowish cal lunch though. I haven't weighed myself since I started so I'm eager to see what I've acheived. I started at 11st 2lbs. My OH didn't believe me when I told him. I don't look 11st and it's not really about the weight - I'm just fed up with the fat bits that would tone up and shift if I stopped eating junk and worked on them. I'm a wally because I'll put on a dress or something and look in the mirror before going out and think "if only I didn't have this...that... the other..." and then do b@gger all about it!
Oops, wasn't planning on the vent! This is such a lovely thread, I quite forgot we're meant to be talkin toiletries! Thank you for reading anyway.
No UUs to report... I'm nearly done with a Simple Hand Cream. WIBA? No, it's not rich enough, though it did soak in well.
Catch you all later :cheesy:0 -
Quick post, just wanted to report one more use up this morning:
Toni & Guy Refreshing Dry Shampoo. WIBA? No - it was good, but no better than Batiste, which is cheaper.
I've now got no more dry shampoo, so I'll buy some Batiste at some point, but as i rarely use it, I'll wait until June, as I'm determined not to spend anything at all in May
Also, after putting some money in my pot for this use up, my savings pot now stands at just over £300! Ok most of that is from my massive shopping spree in New York, but still, I think I'm doing ok, and I like seeing the little savings pot grow0 -
The Boots Essentials conditioner had one more squirt in it this morning so that may be the last of it - will be moving on to a Botanics 3 minute mask that I've got about 6 massive tubs of!
No other use ups, although I also haven't bought anything!
fixx - have you tried the Angel Fish dry shampoo? I didn't really get on with Batiste but this is lovely. My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

Oooh, no, where is it sold? I've only ever tried Batiste and the Toni & Guy one, so would like to try another...0
