Hi Everyone!!
Hope you are all well and feeling better after all that has gone on (I read a few pages of posts and it seems like some of you have been through the mill!:()
I have my first use-ups to report since joining this challenge.......
Radox Shower Gel (Green tea version) - This was a lovely shower gel and it lasted ages even with everyday use! It smelled great and kept my skin refreshed WIBA - Yes Defo!! (once i have used up the other various ones in the stash of course)
John Frieda Highlight enhanching shampoo - I didnt really like this as it made my hair feel a bit dry and frizzy after WIBA - No but i have a moisturising version of the product to use next which i think will be better for my hair
I think i am going to put £1 per product i finish in my savings pot, providing i have one in the stash to replace it.
Other than that nothing else to report other than the meeting the fella's parents weekend went really well and we are now talking about moving in together, although ive told him i dont have room until my stash starts to reduce and ive cleared out the 2 wardrobes and 5 cupboards full of clothes!!:D
Have a lovely 'rest of the afternoon' everyone XxxxThey told me I was a valued customer, now they send me hate mail! - Rebecca Bloomwood :happylove

I have a use up
It was the loreal exfotonic exfoliating gel, wiba: this was nice and scrubby but it smelt quite like very strong aftershave and it is about £8.99 so kind of expensive as there are a lot more cheeper ones out there so probally not unless it was in some kind of huge offer and I didn't have anymore body scrubs.
Also as a bit of a change as I was getting bored of the pamolive shower cream I am using at the moment, last night I used some soap and glory iFoam. On the back it says,
WARNING: Avoid contacts with eyes (Note: This might also apply to As, Es, Os, or Us, but we haven't tested them particulary.)
Am I being really dumb by not understanding this? Doesn't anyone know what it means? No buying toiletries challenge - Started 10th May 20100 -
its a play on words, eyes = i's (vowels a e i o u) lol i've never seen that before, quite funny!0

I have another use up to report. DH's lynx shower gel. WIBA?: I expect so but he can use some girly smelling ones for a little while. Although I may have to educate him about how little to use. Actually, scrap that, he can open his new bottle. It's a heck of a lot cheaper than any of the lovely girly ones I have
I'm off for a bath now and full expect the shampoo and conditioner to run out tonight so will report them as used up too. Alberto balsam pomegranate shampoo WIBA?: still have 7 bottles of shampoo in stash so not yet! Alberto B.. tea tree conditioner WIBA?: I still have 1 in stash and think I have some other conditioners too, will have a rummage through the basket to see what's what. If not then I'll see what's cheapest. Not fussed about what we use really.
Forgot to take that stuff to work but my friend found it highly amusing when I told her about it.Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -

They have different ones on all of the products - very clever people work for S&G :rotfl:
no use ups today - dived in the bath quickly first thing as well, so dont really have an excuse for having another later!! Not had the most fun 24hrs - My horse had an operation yesterday on her face, and has to have another in a couple of weeks to remove a tooth.I had a fight with the bf,cos he said he was going to arrange (and pay for) my MOT for me,but as he didnt say anything I went ahead and arranged it for Saturday morning (needs doing by then!) told him id got it arranged and he had a total "toys out of the pram" moment - no idea if hes speaking to me or not,but to be honest, wanting to arrange my mot and pay for it for me is a little controlling for my liking - specially when we havent been together very long - I have this little voice saying that if he wants to arrange that for me,what else is there that hes going to start wanting to control.... praps im being too cynical though, and hes just genuinely wanting to be nice??(the money isnt an issue for him!!) Ive had so many bad experiences,I might be in danger of messing this up by waiting for it to happen?? I really couldnt make him understand that an mot and the potential work that would go with that is too much of a gift for where we are in our relationship - a bunch of flowers or dinner is one thing - but the mot (and my new brake pads !!) could potentially be in the hundreds!! all I ended up doing was making him really cross and I dont want that either! I ended up sending him a text this morning telling him that if it really is that important to him, if he could wave his magic wand and arrange it for either thursday or friday and get the car picked up from my work, then it would be lovely - but im still a bit worried that if I back down now,it might set a precident???
anyways - on a better note - i had a go with the lemon body butter today - its yummy!!! and the consistency is nice too - thicker than a lotion, but WAY smoother and nicer than the ones ive used up to now - Im starting to wonder if mine werent just WAY too old !!! :rotfl:Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
No useups but owning up to spending today.
Really needed some face powder(max factor) and considered boots 342 so I could get some other bits aswell but decided on superdrug at last minute.
Also picked up MUA pressed powder and MUA eye dust £1 each and sleek kajal eyeliner £3.99.I am so impressed with the MUA range, nail polish is better than most priceier brands and the colour selection is lovely.I've tested the pressed powder and the eye dust and am quite happy with them.I am already using the eyeliner.
Have to go back again tomorrow as the kajal eyeliner should have been black but contains a purple version.Love can tame the wildest0 -
I had a fight with the bf,
I've missed a stage in this...is this the guy who was Mr Peck on the cheek?
No use ups, but a tantrum: my skin has had a break out AGAIN. Mainly between eyes and hair line...like where the arms of glasses would go. I haven't even been wearing my sunglasses, so its not grease/dirt from them.I did let skin care go a bit recently, but really.
Most annoyed because going up to London tomorrow to meet friends for lunch and do some business, and wanted to at least look....clean
I know I'll also look hot and pnk in the cheeks and flustered anyway
Oh well. of to ut one of each of the four spot treatments I own on the spotty areas.0
