Finished a GWP size Protect and Perfect Night Cream - I know such a small use up doesn't deserve a post of its own, but I'm hard up for progress right now!

Thought it was very nice, and will buy it in the future, though I expected to hate it.

Anybody know if many places outside of Boots sell No7, the chemist I'm talking about is in a small town in Ireland and I was amazed the first time I saw it there, I thought No7 was exclusive to Boots.
Just catching up (have a long way to go!)
They have just started selling No7 in the Boots equivalent stores in Denmark.
It's much more expensive than here, though!

[QUOTE=pinkandwhites;32608507Smiley body milk - 2 x little sachets that came in a Smiley gift set. Cut them open to get every last drop out. WIBA? You betcha! I love ALL the Smiley range (need to find them on offer though, now I'm trying to be a moneysaver!).
    [/QUOTE]
Would you be able to let me know when you next see some on offer? I've been wanting to try the Smiley perfume etc for ages, but unfortunately it was never sold in my Boots so missed out when it was on offer there. I can't find it anywhere else :(
  • Hi everyone!

I know that I've been gone for a few days, I have been really busy and I have loads of work to do but I have been reading the thread and I am up to date.

All this talk about the body shop 50% off code has made me look on the website and im thinking of getting the £10 wild cherry giftset for my friend's birthday in October, i know that it's quite a while away but it means that i'll only have to spend £5 on her instead of the usual £15 ish. This does mean that i'm gunna be spending money in toiletries though! :o

Also the weather is really anoying! When I woke up this morning I was very excited that it was sunny and warm, so in the shower I used my body scrub and have now almost finished it (Loreal exfotonic or something) and i put on a white skirt and now it's cold and windy! What a surprise!

Sorry about the long rambley post and does anyone want me to post a list of my toiletries? It might not be on for a few days if you do want me to post it as like i said i am quite busy at the moment (so I don't know why I'm on here!)

It's a friend's birthday next week and I've decided to give her a Botanics toiletry bag gift set which I bought in the January sales. I bought it with the intention of it being a present for someone but I've had my eye on it for myself. It's got some nice miniature toiletries inside it and two zipped netted compartments to help keep toiletries segregated and tidy. I'm very proud of myself that I'm able to part with it and it will reduce my stash.

I have done the very same thing this week - given away two gift sets as presents that I had half an eye on myself! One was a Botanics gift box with 5 products in it, and one was the Soap & Glory "Admit it you want me" set with 5 minis. These things are hard to part with sometimes, but you do feel good and proud of yourself afterwards, I agree! Well done! :T

My Boots don't seem to stock Smiley, but luckily when I've found it a couple of times when they have a sale in the fragrance section. Some random things seem to make an appearance then, that aren't usually on the shelves. After buying it on an impulse once just to try it (reduced by 75% to £6.50 or something stupid!) I found I just love it and always look out for it.

A couple of times I've found the gift boxes (which have the perfume, some bath fizzers, body gel and some body milk sachets) on Ebay for around the £20 mark. From what I remember the set contains 50ml of perfume (and the 30ml perfume alone is £27-ish) so its good value.

Now I feel like checking on Ebay, but I will resist! I have lots of other fragrances to use up first! But I will certainly let you know if I see it on offer anywhere - I hope you find it to try it. People often comment when I wear it, and say they really like it, but when I tell them its Smiley, they haven't a clue what I'm talking about! :rotfl:

I always love reading other people's lists, and I'm sure I'm not the only one! So if/when you get time, I for one would love you to post your list please :)

I've been tempted off the straight and narrow by the 50% off at Body Shop and bought some lip cream, hand cream, curl product and a detangling comb.

I think it's perfectly ok to post about this. Just like the saying "every penny counts" I believe "every use up counts"!
