  • RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE

Some items not in stock, despite what it says on website. Don't tell you until after you have paid. Despatched part of order. Told them I wanted to cancel rest of order as I didn't want to wait. Turned into a marathon of trying to get my money back. Different people or "S10" and "S7" as they call themselves, replied to emails every other day and it was like banging your head against a brick wall! Eventually (weeks later) I got a partial refund. They refused to refund any of the shipping as I had had part of the order and when they refunded the products it was 10p short with no explanation and no correction and no response when queried. If anything goes wrong, customer service is appalling. I won't be using them again.

  • MISLEADING photos, ILLEGAL return rules, and a smashed basin they blame on me
Ordered what the website titles “Vanity Basin” – every main photo shows a complete vanity unit with cabinet. Only halfway down the page in small text does it say “unit not included”. They have since quietly changed the photos after my complaint – that says it all you need to know about how misleading it was.
Returned the item (rejected as misdescribed). Their own email gave me an illegal 7-day deadline to get it back (UK law allows 14). DPD collected the boxed basin undamaged – I have the photo. QS accepted the parcel from DPD undamaged, then days later claimed it arrived “completely smashed inside” and refused the refund.
This is not a one-off – the 200+ page MoneySavingExpert thread on QS Supplies is full of identical stories: misleading listings, damaged returns blamed on the customer, and endless stalling.
Currently heading to small-claims court and Trading Standards. Avoid.
