Terrible company - I made an order of over £1500 and a £135 shower valve was missing. They are taking days to respond to each of my emails and are just repeatedly telling me that it was delivered, when I know for a fact that it wasn't.
I am so angry about my experience and reading everyone else's tells me that this is just how they operate as they know that nobody can touch them due to the costly and lengthy legal proceedings involved.
As such, I'm considering trying to mobilise all of the people they've mistreated and essentially stolen from by setting up a gofundme or similar to fund a warning website that would come higher than their actual website on google search results. I reckon for £1 each we could significantly slow them down, potentially even cause them to cease trading.0 -
Had a bath delivered, got a plumber a week later to fit, all inspected before hand fitted Thursday evening, fill with water and silicone around bath and 20 minutes later bath split opened and flooded bathroom. QS not interested, blame supplier only giving 3 days to inform of defects etc. Obviously oblivious to Consumer Rights Act 2015 which state's my contract is with them not the supplier and under this act I am entitled to a full refund within 30 Days. So now off to the courts to claim Bath flooring and refitting new bath,VERY BEST OF LUCK TO YOU IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE REFUSED A REFUND . ''FAULTY GOODS'' BUT BLAMING
MANUFACTURER, WILL NOT LISTEN WHEN I TELL THEM MY CONTRACT IS WITH THEM0 -
Thanks for all the reviews. I am always recommending people Google before committing money and in this case I'm glad I did!0

I ordered and paid for over £3k worth of materials for a new bathroom. Two days later I got two emails telling me that items totalling just over £1k were out of stock or discontinued (they’re still offering those items with 3-4 day delivery on the site now). I cancelled them and asked for a refund which I was told would be immediate.
It took 10 days of constant phone calls to get the refund and then they refunded only the cost of the items and not the delivery charges I’d paid which were approx £90. Eventually they agreed to refund another £60.
While I was waiting for my refund and also for about another £1k of goods I discovered that the sole director of QS Supplies Online Limited, the company that is named in the T&Cs as being the operator of the website and the contracting party in my transaction, had applied to have the company dissolved. I contacted Companies House and objected to the dissolution and his application is now on hold. In a reply to me on Trustpilot the company deny this, however it is public information. If you search for QS Supplies Online Limited on the Companies House website and look at the filing history you can see both the application to strike off and the First Gazette notice.
My advice - don’t be tempted by the cheap prices. The after sales service is appalling, you’ll probably have to fork out more money to someone else to actually get your items and it’s pot luck whether you’ll get a full refund if things go wrong.0 -
In the end, I went to a local specialist plumbing company, a subsidiary of Travis Perkins, for my bathroom materials (shower tray, shower, riser kit, taps etc) and they not only beat Screwfix prices by over £100, but also gave free delivery within 3 working days.

i wish i could give these guys zero stars. i ordered a vitra free standing bath tap from them on June 30. Approx 3 weeks later a tap and 2 connectors arrive. The stands and hand shower for the items are missing and i cannot install with only half the items. It's stopped the installers from fitting the new bath. I have emailed QS regularly and have spoken to their call centre (which seems to be in India) almost daily for updates. Nobody in customer services or support gives there name and you never speak with the same person twice. Some 8 weeks later i still have no idea when i will get a full replacement or just the missing parts through their supplier Ideal Bathrooms. Vitra UK have told me that they have the items in stock. When i mentioned this to QS they blamed some "systems and procedures" from their suppliers for the delay. A truly dreadful customer experience so far and I would advise anyone to use other online bathroom suppliers such as UK Bathrooms who have been much better. These guys are useless. I asked to speak with the manager today by phone. they said he wasn't available and he would call me back. The manager has not returned my call - it was just another fob off from QS Supplies. Avoid them.

I used them recently, although if I had seen this first I probably wouldnt have. I guess I was lucky, everything was fine with the order and arrived without issue. It was a branded item so I knew the quality was good.
It seems problems arise if there is damage, or faulty goods. As always customer service is key and it appears if you have an issue they are not interested in it, which you really dont want. I dont think I would use again based on this fact1 -
We've recently used QS Supplies Online Ltd for about 75% of fittings for 2 bathrooms/cloakroom.Total spend about £1200. Very good prices but must admit that unusually, we didn't look at any reviews beforehand as we were pressed for time.
Sounds like we've been pretty lucky. Yes , the orders arrived in dribs and drabs and we never really knew what was coming in each delivery! The only thing we had to wait for was one of the RAK toilets, but they told us that when we ordered it and we weren't ready to fit it anyway.
Anyway, now for the bad service bit !
We ordered 2 RAK origins 450 mm sinks with 2 semi pedestals
On their website it gave the Origins sinks 3 size options and prices and you select your size preference
Below this, it gave you the option to select no pedestal, semi pedestal or full pedestal with the price and you select your preference.
I think it's fair to say that if the semi pedestal is an option, then one could assume that it's suitable for the sink.
WRONG! RAK don't actually do a semi pedestal for the 450mm Origin sinks, only for the 520 mm and 650 mm sinks.
The 450 mm sink is meant to be either wall mounted and fitted with a bottle trap, or fitted with a full pedestal.
The sinks and pedestals arrived on separate deliveries and we inspected them.
Our plumber arrives about a weeks later and tells us that the semi pedestals don't fit the sinks at which point we called RAK and they informed us that they don't do a semi pedestal for the 450 mm origin sink.
With limited time available (plumber only here for a week), and the fact that we'd chosen "space saving" 450 mm sinks to allow us to have 2 reasonable size (ie not cloakroom size) sinks in the main bath, we had to fork out £50 for 2 bottle traps from the local plumbing supplies. Would have much preferred semi pedestals and if we'd realised that wasn't an option then we would have bought something else, so it's not just about being out of pocket.
QSS are agreeing to refund and asking when they can collect (they want them on a pallet-no chance!), but have told us they don't/won't offer any compensation when we suggested that we were misold the items, they refuse to admit they made a mistake. We have a screen shot of the website page showing that the semi pedestal was an option for the 450mm sink, and they've now changed the page, so that it if you select 450 mm sink, the option for a semi pedestal isn't available. In essence, they've admitted their error.
They now want to collect the items, but we're wary that in doing so we might never receive a refund, let alone any compensation.0 -

Sure enough, QSS supplies arranged for Yodel to collect the semi pedestals about 3 weeks ago.
They haven't refunded the money and are saying they didn't receive them !
Have asked 5 times now for their complaints policy and they just stop communicating.0 -
QS supplies are the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with, they will do and say anything to avoid fulfilling their legal obligations. I bought a bathroom basin tap from them costing £125 last May, in December the on/off lever just broke off, rendering the tap unusable. I followed their complaints procedure, sending a photo and heard nothing so I followed up with 2 phone calls and an email. The conclusion they came to by looking at one (slightly grainy) photo was that I had 'forced' the lever and therefore they were 'unable to offer me a replacement'. I did respond to this but have heard nothing back. I've now reported them to Trading Standards although I'm not expecting this to achieve much as I see from much earlier posts that they were reported by others years ago and I've applied to recover my money from my credit card company under Section 75, but what an absolute nuisance it all is and why should this company be allowed to get away with this, and for so long...appalling! Incidentally, I did check out their reviews on Google and Trustpilot before I made my purchase but they are not generally terrible, which is interesting as on other lesser known sites (I've only now discovered) they are horrendous. Their pricing policy is also interesting as the exact same tap that I bought for £125 in May 2020 is now 'on sale' for £145. Buyer Beware!!!0
