I recently threw out a packet of nori seaweed. I went through a phase where I was mad about all things Japanese. To the point where I asked this Japanese guy who was on secondment at the place I worked at the time, to get me some nori. I had this little picture in my head of me producing these perfect sushi rolls. Yeah right. I just get the bento box from Pret when the craving strikes!Context is all.

I have quinoa and dried soya beans lurking about somewhere that have been there for god knows how long, but I'm going to use them eventually!
(Or so I've convinced myself. I hate throwing stuff away.)
