    Hey yorkshire gals and guys!

I got married 2 months ago now, but wanted to review my companies for you..

Firstly the venue, Weetwood Hall...I think you have now booked your wedding there Laura.. It was amazing! The service was exellent, staff were amazing, food was superb! Even the evening buffet was absolutely gorgeous! The day ran so smoothly because of the efforts of the hotel staff. I would thouroughly recomend this venue to anyone looking for a reasonably priced great venue in Leeds! The a great stress free day!

Secondly, the DJ. We used a company called Get Wed based in brighouse. They again were fantastic, played all the songs we wanted and really kept the party going. he dance floor was never empty until he packed up and went!

Then the cakes... The Cupcake Shoppe in Ossett was great. Had all the cakes done for when we went to collect them, they were beautifully decorated and tasted wonderful!

The flowers. I used a little shop in Ossett called Carolines FLowers and she did a wonderful job for an amazinf price! Well worth anyone who knows ossett to give her a ring or pop in to her shop to chat to her about it..

Finally..the photographer. We used Philip JOrdan Photography based in Morley. They were at the top end our of our budget but we reallly liked their style and eye for detail. We got all the images back to choose our album pics from a few weeks ago and are now waiting for the album to come. The photographs were amazing and cannot wait to get the real ones! Philip and his assistant were great on the day.

So all in all, I had a very good experience with all my yorkshire companies! I would recommend them all to anyone!

No we decided not to have a videographer. Didn't really have any money left and we also thought that photos would be enough really! Can't help you with cars. We didn't bother with them in the end as we got married and had the reception at the same venue so no need for travel :)

Hope you manage to get sorted though. There are a few car places around Yorkshire that kept popping up at various wedding fairs we went to. And good old google was also most helpful!

    Xx
