A cos house search says it was dissolved on 06.04.2010 with the last set of accounts filed to 31.05.2008 which were dormant accounts (ie. at that time the company was not trading). The last annual return was to 06.05.2006 - so it was probably cos house who applied to dissolve it as they thought it wasn't trading.

There are also 2 charges which are outstanding, therefore they will get priority over the unsecured creditors on winding up if there are any assets.

I'm afraid it doesn't look good for your money.

And Google Streetview shows that they have a very nice house!

Really inappropriate to post what is clearly a private residence on an open forum without knowing the details of the dispute.

The company is dissolved. The OP has no claim.

Except there appears to have been a delinquent extinguished company active from that address. It rather starkly indicates the severity of the OP's problem

I don't know what the dispute is about.

If the company is now defunct, then it is inappropriate to post pictures of someone's house.

Then may I suggest you check the company's website and then the article that the OP posted too, before commenting on this.

What you may think is "inappropriate" and a "defunct" company, is one that is very much still trading, and defrauding hundreds of people. I merely posted a picture of the REGISTERED OFFICE

Hmm, maybe. But I wonder how a court would see this matter.

If this company is still trading and giving the impression it is still a Ltd company and is defrauding people out of their money, then it becomes a criminal offence and the police can become involved along with trading standards.

I think that this has gone alot further than a civil matter, bearing in mind what I have read on other forums/sites about this company.

Just ran this through the main CO House check system as well, its shocking isnt it!

There have been a lot of staff changes (Directors and secretaries) leaving and being appointed etc.

Then stick to what you know. If it is a picture of the wrong premises, then pipe up. But otherwise, it is a picture of a Registered Office masquerading as someone's home and deserves to be exposed for that.

There is legislation in place for director's "home" addresses to not be shown. They could have also opted for one of these virtual forwarding addresses, as the registered office address can just be a forwarding address.

Privacy is obviously not an issue here, because they have used their home address for the Company House documents. Proves that they arent as clever as they may think, if they didnt want to get caught, why link their home address as their registered office address?

No I can't be bothered looking on a bunch of other websites.

Is it dissolved or trading? You are getting yourself confused.
