And I have waited the obligatory time and more, having phoned them (Prudential), they even said it should have been delivered by last week at the latest

How did they send the bike to you?. Can it be tracked online?.
I'd go back to them and tell them to get a move on, if they dont then tell them to get on their bike and cancel the policy altogether . :rotfl:0 -

I phoned Prudential Health the other day about this offer, as I forgot to sign up by Oct 31st. I was told that the 6 months free gym offer is still valid - it finishes on Novenber 31st. It doesn't show up on the website, but if you call them for a quote and say you want the gym offer, they will put a note on your application. You can either sign up over the phone, or they can give you a reference number, so as you can apply online, still get the gym offer, and claim your cashback via quidco or greasypalm. I have my reference number and will be signing up next week0

Does anyone know whether if you upgrade your health insurance you're still eligible for the full no claims discount after one year? I've realised I should be able to get around 75% no claims bonus this year and was thinking of upgrading from the core package to the full package.0

I joined the pru health on 31st Oct as I wanted to join the Bank Holmes Place club which is next to my workplace. They told me no problem joining Bank - you just need to pay the £50 for the premium club plus 25 activation fee. Contacted HP, got my HP membership number. Then called Pru to activate it which they did. Yesterday, I got a call back from the Pru who then told me that the Bank club was opening under the 'Virgin Active' brand (Virgin Active have taken over HP) and that I was no longer able to join the Bank club. Has anyone else had this problem? Really annoyed as the club is literally 1 min from my office door.
Do you know whether the Pru offer is likely to extend to Virgin Active - all HP clubs will be rebranded Virgin Active over the next year so I wonder how this will affect this deal.0
