Well according to calorie counter thingy I've eated just over 1500 calories today. Drunk over a pint of water (which for me is a massive step in itself
).
Not sure if I still feel hungry though
Done some light housework - might see if I can fit in some skipping in a sec.I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

I'm a long serving member of SW. Think its a life sentence for me. Was doing really well until Dec,but since then its been a couple of lbs lost then regained. I have 2 piles of £'s......1 is for lbs lost and the other is lbs gained.
I'm hoping to get motivated again on here!!

At least I'm owning up to it: a very rare mid week drink...and not a low cal one, but an Irish Cream. One ''one finger'' though: so a single measure...tbh, its one of the rare things I don't know well by sight....I don't often drink something like this. And its total comfort intake.....cake would have gone down nicely. I'm just feeling blue and restless and0

Hi all,
Well done to all those who are already losing the lbs! Fab to see lots of new people joining this month and loads of fab new motivational ideas!
Well I had quite a dodgy bank hol weekend, with 2 takeaways and a big meal out yesterday! I did my WI this morning expecting a gain or a STS so am really pleased to still have had a 1lb loss. I did say i couldn't afford any slip-ups between now and the holiday but I sometimes always manage to fall off the wagon at the beginning of the month!
Here's to the rest of the month and the lbs falling off us all!
