Webworks Internet - anyone else had problems?

I have unfortunatly been with webworks for a few years and every year its gone up and is now quite extortionate I think I need help from someone so I can get rid of this company

I've been with webworks from 2012 . Everything started out fine but as the years have gone by I finding these people not trust worthy.
My problems started when I got a renewal letter but I had no website that year due to the domain name not being registered. Mine ended in Co.uk so once they got on the phone looking payment I explained Where's the Internet site that I'm renewing . Well after going away they came back to me and was an error on there part but I lost the co. UK as another company managed to get there hands on it. So I had to settle for an org. UK domain name . I was told I wouldn't be paying the renewal so left happy at that . They sent me a pack out again as to what I wanted on it but they already had the info and months passed as I didn't have time give them details , they came to me and quoted 150 plus vat for artwork completion. So I paid that . Come renewal time in March I renewed and 6 months later got a phone saying you need to pay 150 plus vat to make your website go mobile as the format it's in people can't see it on mobile devices as a lot of people use these rather than computers . I questioned this sure why did you not do it at renewal date . But in the end I paid it . Come renewal date again paid the fee the guy phones last week and says we haven't received any info in the pack we sent ya , I replied why would you need info when my website been running 4 years the info is there . Oh new software which will allow you to alter the website instead of ringing us . I asked when is my renewal he said March . We are half way through the year and your looking art work completion fee of 150 plus vat . He says your renewal fee will be 250 plus vat but if I make this payment it will be 150 plus vat . I can't thinking these are a bunch of crooks and informing trading standards.
