I dont think it is harder if the poster is there, have you seen it? It is not clearly marked as an offer. I looked at the SEL only and there is no mention of game of the week on it, there would have been plenty of room on there to add it on and this would have saved a lot of confusion and a lot of money for tescos.

I am assured by Head office that they are in tommorrow (monday) as they have promised to call me and let me know the outcome.

I will scan and post on here the SEL I aquired from the store yesterday, sorry to the peeps that pm'd me for it, I have been out all day but will do it once I have fired the scanner up if I can find the lead!

Its a little crumpled as the manager crunched it up when he removed it from the shelf, I retreived it just before it went in the bin!

Has anyone got the PSP ones? And I second that the receipt would be handy too...as this would help prove the promotion was meant to be for the bundle.

Of course it's harder if the POS says "with the game of the week" and there is a clear indication as to what the game of the week is. As stated earlier, there are different POSs in different stores. Some stores have POS like that which you have posted, but other stores have POS that say "with the game of the week" and have a poster showing what the game of the week is.

I think I've done the wrong thing. After CS refused a R + R on the X-Box and Game and just offerd £20 off I asked for a full refund. I've the receipt to show I was overcharged and have emailed HO asking that they ask the store to give me the goods for free. Should I have kept them till I had HO answe
