sorry for the noob questions but what does SEL mean?
also how do you know that the product will necessarily be higher or lower than the SEL price before you buy it?
also what does R&R mean please?0 -
My brother-in-law is a seasonal buyer at Tesco.
I know who I'd believe on this one. (My personal view and not a dig at Spa).
I work in IT and on most of the retail contracts I have done, they have been timed for a certain time. I do not know about specific times that the stores have to display or change SEL's. Spa's your man for that one.0 -

well the Tescos are within 5 miles of each other, so not too bad, and petrol would have been minimal. I think my housemates would argue that chocolate is well worth it, especially 10.00 worth!0 -

Thanks mcdonag
So if the price on the shelf was £100, and I was charged £150, I can then go to customer services and say that I was charged the higher price and they will fully refund me and let me keep the xbox? WOW!
Do all Tescos do this without comment?:smileyheaRachel xx0 -

We'll not exactly the way I would have put it but yes all Tesco stores apply this policy although some more willing than others shall we say.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0
