Hi
Can somebody please explain to me about purchasing mobile phones. When I had a look last week they had all the phones on display and then had cases behind them.
How do you get to purchase them and which till do you have to go to?
Do you take other shopping to the electrical desk with the case and then pay then go to CS to get the refund if the price is wrong?
Help please

£180 R+R
Argh, which stores you jammy Llanellian?....I want two R+R V360s so I can strut around and look cool and still have money in my pocket....0 -

Only Tesco do it now, but I think Sainsburys once did it, but then changed it.0 -
yes honestly i didnt notice that one, as my son asked for a melon, and he toddled off to get one so i didnt even see the price ticket....i will be glad when the kids are back in school...so i can spend my days in tescos without them nagging.... and distracting me for the potential r & r's
thought i had a hoover r & r today... as the yellow sale sel... said the date was the 06/06 the price was £27..odd.... i thought great my hoover is on its last legs.. but when i took it to the scanner...it was the same price as the out of date sel....also same happened with a cd.. kylie myogue cd.. ultimate collection.. stickered at £12.97.. sel..price £12.79.. but when scanned it went throught at the sel price......i think tescos are playing a cat and mouse game now... to try and catch us out... the little monkeys...
brenmcc1 where did you get r & r on the phones....it will save me looking there...
also if you like tescos organic stilton cheese....that over priced as well...i know its in cadle ..swansea....at mo... i have also posted a while ago in another store... so looks like it could be an oversight of price increase in a few shops....i will also post on the mis-pirce as well....even though cant remember the price diff...
dont like smelly mouldy cheese so left it....:DWork to live= not live to work0 -
HO didnt dishonour the policy at all they stated that I should have been offered R+R instantly. My post was misleading, I only had to argue with manager and HO called store and told them to R+R.
This was in the Llanelli store.0 -

In my local you take the case to the checkout and while your paying they send someone away with it to get you the phone. You then take phone and receipt to CS desk.
Nikon Coolpix4 Digital Camera - tried for this this afternoon but sel 127.?? and scan checked at £104.?? so no chance of R&R even though it's mispriced. Did get the gba sudoko though and there were more on the shelf (Danestone).0 -
Hey guys. What do they stamp on your receipt when you get a refund? Mine got scribbled on with the letters ROC. What does that stand for? Does that relate to the price promise or is that related to me collecting the goods (as it was a bt headset)0

please can we keep this thread on topic and stop any arguing between each other. The thread completely loses its usefulness when it descends into an argument. I have removed several posts that were in that vein. Any further arguing or off topic posts will be deleted.
Please be nice to all moneysavers. Thanks.0 -

My electricals end today and was wondering if it is best to go at midnight or would it be save to go v. early in the morning?
