    Roll up, Roll up for the Merry May Alcohol Free 96 hour Challenge

    evening all 2 days no wine for me so far been to the gym today did 1hour yesterday and 50 minutes today.

    Soz just felt like no - one was trying - then looked at the list and realised it was better than I thought it was

    Apologies all - ignore me feeling a bit fedup tonight for some reason

    Think I will go for an early night after waking up in the middle of the night last night wide awake and a non stop day at work again

    Sparkles, hope you're ok, I for one really appreciate you doing this, it's kept me focused this week. It's been months since I've been AF so really really needed it.
