Well done keeping up the good work though - you still have to do the work yourself, not like it's magic..lol!
Oh I know...and it IS hard work sometimes, but nowhere near as hard as dieting! The mind programming CD is only a small part of it. Basically you have to reset your ideas and start again, which after 20 odd years of dieting can be quite hard!

Just did about 50 trips round my tiny garden with the watering can...now THAT saves me getting on the exercise bike!!:rotfl:
May be sad, but I'm getting quite excited by how well stuff is coming on. Carrots are suddenly shooting up and my big pot of mixed leaves is coming on a treat. And my tomatos and peppers are still alive! (wish I could say the same of my aubergine:o!)

I would love to grow aubergine and peppers but not sure we have the climate up here in Scotland for the peppers anyway. i love watching stuff growing - specially if i can then EAT IT! :j I'm really impatient though....;)
Next year I hope to have the entire garden with veg.I've just persuaded OH to dig up the two small pieces of grass we have next year to make room for veggies.
On my list for next year is red onions, carrots, peas, french beans (killed mine this year:o) spring onions, radishes, cabbages and cauli's. Was contemplating potatos but they take up so much room, even in pots, and my garden is very small.
As long as you have a little greenhouse surely you could still grow peppers? (not sure about aubergines??). I have one of those little plastic ones and on really cold nights you can always put a tealight or two on the floor to ward away the frost(nowhere near the plastic obviously!!!:rotfl:)
