As its a criminal matter , it is for the CPS to decide whether to press charges. They will ask OP whether he wants this in order to understand the likelihood of him follwoing it all the way and turning up in court as a witness. The CPS's decision will be based in part on whether they think they are likely to secure a conviction.

Maybe instead of your selective quoting and repetition of the salary scales that have already been posted you should look at my second post where I said I apologise to the OP and put the beer icon on.

I still maintain my point that regardless of what you Google up from the BMA website in the real world of the NHS a 'Junior Doctor' as referred to in his first post is not considered the same or called the same or wears a name badge as an associate specialist as in his later posts and is not on £50K.

Maybe you ought to take issues with the post calling for the landlady to be burnt?

Never heard the phrase 'getting burnt' before? Nah, I think they should carry on with your pedantry that is adding nothing at all to the thread.

I agree - from what the OP states, the LL seems to be ignorant of some of the laws relating to rental properties.

You didn't use the phrase 'getting burnt' as in 'getting your fingers burnt' you said 'I hope you burn her' quite different imo.

If thats the case, ignorance is no defence.

Sorry I totally dont buy that she wouldnt know this is illegal.

If thats the case, all the more reason she should be taught a big lesson.

Wonder if she knows about gas safety, electrical safety , PAT etc etc

Yes, which obviously isn't the same as saying "I hope you set her on fire" if that is what you are trying to imply.

Either way, this isn't adding to the thread either.

No - the readers can make up their own minds about what your comment meant.

I really dont understand what point you are trying to make

I certainly didn't read that wickedkitten is suggesting the OP who is a dr ( no matter what grade) commit arson and set fire to his landlord

I really don't understand your contribution here it does seem rather bonkers??

Perhaps the OP could ask that the thread be moderated & some posts deleted?

It is of absolutely no relevance what the OP's job is, nor their salary.

It's not but they seem very keen to tell the world what it is. And they offered to PM copies of their salary and contract. Very odd. And naive.
