You have PM Keiss - thank you.

Don't want to put anyone out tho.

I am just getting a little dispondent with golden earth - don't see the progress very fast. I know it will take time but I miss doing some smaller.

    Take care all

    Hi folks,

Finally as promised, here is my square, which went in tonight's post to the quilter (I've forgotten her precise alias and don't want to offend her with the wrong one). [Sorry it's so large - I thought that I'd shrunk it, but obviously not!]

It was an interesting piece of work - the first time that I've used metallic thread, which split even though I'd drawn it through Thread Heaven a couple of times before starting to stitch :(

Anyway, it's done and I now look forward to seeing the finished quilt in due course.

    Congratulations to everyone involved.

    All the best.

Sweetcarer - have posted your square and threads today. :j

Dora - Hya, how are you feeling?

Are there any more Aida squares left
? I can't find anything truly white in 14 count in my stocks I'm afraid?

Emzy - if I get another square of white Aida, I am happy to do the Quilters names one, giving someone time to send me a square to use. Won't need any extra threads though!

Not done any sewing at all for a week now...aaargh, getting withdrawl symptoms :(. Might just go and do a few stitches on my Astronomer...done nothing at all on him in the whole of June .

    Night, night all.

Thanks for posting out materials to me Keiss. Post hadn't been by time I left - will let you know when they arrive.

I did what you suggested yesterday and planned out the lettering for the square - boy its a tight fit. Helped pass some of the time away with boss away and not much work doing.

Nice to see some more squares done. When I do the other one I will post on both to lellypants.

Better go and do some work.

    Kind wishes to all

Thanks for all the comments - am alive again:jhand feeling much better and had monday to sort myself out so feel like a human bean again.

Got a very husky sexy or very gruff blokey voice left over with hayfever and have no idea which is going to come out when I open my mouth so is quite entertaining. Read a story to Year 1's this morning and they thought I was trying to give the characters different voices but it was all random!

Have got the stuff ready for posting so apologies to anyone who is waiting for anything - dh is going to the post office tomorrow with it all (including my dad's fathers day card which also didnt get sent from my sick bed)

My quilt square is getting there and will be the focus for any spare time in the next few days - promise
