alphabet - one designCan someone advise on the washing of completed square please.
Just wash by hand with a tiny drop of washing powder then rinse.
Avoid squeezing it, just place between a towel and press flat to dry then gently iron (on the back)Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219. cartoon animals - margaret sherryHi 23rd Spiral,
I don't have any graph paper to hand but a quick count up makes me think that Northamptonshire might only just fit. From memory I think there are 40 squares between the borders. Cate Northamptonshire would take up 40 (I think!) if there is a space between each letter and the M takes up 2 spaces.
If it were me I would probably put Cate - Northants, it's usually best to listen to your mum as mums usually know best :rotfl:

alphabet - any designFinished my square this morning before work - need to wash and iron, so will probably post photo on Saturday. Have put first name and town on it, seeing as I live in a suburb. Everyone's work looks great - we should be so proud of ourselves!
Big Zen hugs to all who want/need them.

May do some stitching tonight, though have a splitting headache and a bit wiped out...might just do a bit of ironing with my new iron...or nothing in particular...this last one sounds good!Probably have over-done things a tad this week (again!).
