The square lo0oks great chicky... I didn't do my name on the MSE one...thought once was enough!!

Not done any sewing today...been sorting stuff out for a car-boot tomorrow morning. Back on the 'puter tonight to print off some signs and short descriptions of the tomato and chilli plants I am selling (surplus to requirements). I tend to grow unusual varieties, so they need a brief description.

Couldn't get logged on earlier as DS2 was watching the Scotland - Argentina rugby match, which they won 24 - 16!! Much better than that other match tonight (they only drew??!) Also watched bits of the Ireland - New Zealand match (NZ won) on the 'puter this morning, and England - Australia (Oz won) on TV this afternoon - trust my son to find 3 international rugby matches the second day of the football world cup!!! More next week too...great!! Much prefer the oval-ball game to the round one! :)

Now, must get my signs done....hope to make a few pennies tomorrow...and I will NOT buy more stuff/junk (!) to replace what we are selling...honest!! :D

Night, night...up early tomorrow...car's packed already though, and car-boot is in our village (only one a year), so not far to go.

    Have a good Sunday everyone.

Chickywiggle Your squares look really great :j :T :T and nope I don't think we're putting name and county on those 'lettering' squares

Think you definitely made the right decision with the letter 'f'

    lol you aren't silly
23rdSpiral and at least you haven't got lots of french knots to do now :)

Ruth your square looks lovely :j :T

Keiss Hope you made lots of money and didn't go and spend it all at the same time :D:) we need to do one soon really, I just need a kick up the bum to get everything ready

Back from the car-boot, even managed to get a bit of stitching done on my niece's bookmark before lunch!!

Did really well at the car-boot, making a profit of just under £80!! We might try a bigger one in a couple of weeks time, then what's left will be taken to a charity shop. Didn't spend any money, and paid for the pitch out of our takings...RESULT!! :j

Chicky, your square looks great, and the "f" is a great improvement on the original.

Right off to do more sewing, happing stitching!!!

Am now getting there with my square - got to do french knots, backstitching, extra border then figure out, chart and stitch my name.

i might not have much chance to do any now untill the 29th, i'll try to but dont want to do it panicked and make mistakes. even if i can't it will be done on the 29th / 30th, so that's ok isn't it?:)
