none of the things I quoted have worked :(

I know I was going to agree that I washing up bowl would be good for growing rocket in.

I walked down the aisle to the mid summer nights dream wedding march. We signed the register to She by Voltiare (can't find any videos of that one) and came back out to a Madeline Peyrou track, but I can't remember which one now :o. Could have done with more than one track to sign the book to though - that bit took ages. I love the elbow track though :)

Re the evening dv, just tell him a few favourites that you love, then let him use his judgement. We warnd our dj that we would have lots of goths and alternativey types but didn't want to alienate the aunties either, so we would like some punky/indie/gothy whatnot stuff that actually got into the charts, so people will at least recognise it, plus normal wedding cheese and to use his judgement (just warned him so he could bring the right stuff with him) - the only rule was no abba!

    Morning

Legs don't feel too bad this morning - just a bit sore. Got weighed and that's another two pounds off :D

Hope the poorly ones feel better soon and hope Mr SS's butt cam isn't too bad.

Got to go to the bank this morning and get five £10 notes out. You have to buy a visa when you enter Turkey and you must pay with one £10 note each. They won't take a £20 for two or coins. Got a few easy calls to do while I'm out.

Lovely sunny day again, so I'm washing the bairns bed linen and the last few clothes.

Have a good day all xx
Here I go again on my own....

    Becles - how strange!

Okay, blackout blind now becoming URGENTURGENT, I will tie DH down if he doesn't do it on Sunday. We actually attempted to start putting it up on Tuesday, but then realised the drill needed charging :p.

It's so gloriously warm, I am plotting how best to soak up as much sunshine as possible.

Need to walk dow nto the high road later, which I would usually save until after Finn has gotten up from his afternoon nap, but maybe I should do it this morning to maximise sun potential? Hmmm decisions decisions :p Also warm weather means shaving legs has become a matter of some priority.

SS, good luck for DH's ButtCam(tm) today.

What's happened to my baby?! <wail> 3am last night she woke up and was actually throwing tantrums... I gave in and tried to feed her but she just hung off my nipple trying to roll over and it just wound me up... I put her back in the cot and after a small amount of protest I think she just realised there was no point arguing and just lay there chattering to herself for half an hour... That's the third bad night in a row... I'm starting to suffer now!!

Nothing will get done when she has her nap today, I think I'll be curled up next to her in bed!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Awww Krystal, sorry you've had rubbish nights. Is it just nighttime or has she been whingy during the day?

It's bizarre isn't it - and hasn't been affected by inflation. It was £10 per person to get in the first time we went, when J was in my tummy!

Also, we found that they will take a £20 note, but not for two people, so it's one note per person and it doesn't matter if it's a £10, £20 or £50. :rotfl:

SS Hope Mr SS's buttcam isn't too uncomfortable! :(

I'm loving the John Lewis advert song - that'd be nice to walk down the aisle too.

We're off to a lovely park today with my friend and her two lo's. We're taking a picnic, and extra bread for the ducks.

  • Morning Parents :D

Busy, busy day for me yesterday - in meetings from 8am to 5pm and then raced home to pick up the babba. Hubby and I went out to watch Tom Stade (comedian) last night - he was excellent!!

Benjamin didn't go to sleep until 9pm for MIL because she refused to put him down in his cot awake *rolleyes*

He woke about 7.15am (I think I woke him banging about in the bathroom!) and his nappy had leaked :rotfl:after I was saying the other day that they never leak! Although I think it wasn't on right because it wasn't very full. Did mean that hubby got him dressed though ;)

Wedding music - I entered to a piece called 'To A Wild Rose' which is a beautiful song which I played in a recorder recital as a kid. We signed the register to 'I Hope That I Don't Fall In Love With You' by Hootie and the Blowfish, and to leave we had 'Slow Boat To China' by Bette Middler!!! We got married in a Lymestone Cavern and we and all our guests were piling onto a barge to take us out of the cavern for a slow trip down the canal to our reception venue!

Aw - I loved every moment of my wedding! Can't believe it is nearly 4 years ago!
