My_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »Sorry Kindof - remind me what you are giving E atm (dentinox, infacol, colief?)
He is on Colief, Aptamil Comfort, TTCTN Anti Colic bottles and now also infant gaviscon in every other bottle
He didnt end up falling asleep out walking, in the end OH put him in his swing when I was in the kitchen making his bottles, started making us a coffee and E cried himself to sleep, which made me sad that I couldnt get him to sleep
That was at 9.15, he then slept from them and OH dream fed him at half 11, and fingers crossed he is still asleep
Thanks fattyyour words cheered me up, it saddens me that I am wishing his life away but I cant wait till he gets older so it starts going away, its just so draining, I mean he cries for like 7 hours a day its awful
I am too concerned with what people think when we are out walking and he's screaming but your right I shouldnt care what other people think
Thank you for the hugs guys
According to my profile I post 10.71 times a day lol
Thanks Glam sometimes I feel like all I do on here is whinge and that you all will be getting sick of me lol
I am really lucky that we have people offering to have him, my brother and his wife offerd today as well, so we have 3 places he can go for the night if we need a break, or even a few hours, MIL took him on wed for 4 hours to give me a rest (stupdily I spent the time cleaning the house, but it really needed doing, next time I will be spending it in bed sleeping lol)
I dont see a new forum either

kindof don't worry what others think when your out and about and he's crying. I know it's hard but as long as you know he is ok that is all that matters.
MDW I agree it's alot nicer I just posted some comments across on the sneaky peek board as I nearly thanked my self earlier and don't want to seem too anal lolEveryone is entitled to their opinionEllie 25/12/070 -
Hmmm I can foresee running into a bit of a dilemma...
Going to the USA in July for my sister's wedding. Future BIL has a 6 yo son who he has custody of but gets lots of help raising from his mom, etc., so they are very used to the idea of babysitters and just being able to drop him off whenever it suits. Sis has made loads of mentions about various activities she wants to get up to while we're there, clearly thinking that we can just leave Finn with the mom or another similar babysitter...
Now I don't have a problem with babysitters (I mean, trust-wise), I just don't think he can be left for any length of time (and especially not at night)...but am I being silly? I feel like I don't have a problem leaving him but I'm worried he'll freak out and make hell for whoever's looking after him. Or is this normal to think that??
eta: because we've never left him before...or rather, the 1 time I did for 3 hrs it went very badly for all involved.
Aless, If I was leaving Erin with someone for the first time I would want to be somewhere near by so I could get back quickly if it wasn't going well. Maybe you should ask your sis to take that into consideration when planning your trips.
No news here, Erin is getting good at sitting and entertaining herself while I get a few jobs done which is good and she likes watching me hoover so lots of hoovering getting done!

Umm, once I've clicked 'thanks' I can't see who else has thanked or remove my thanks and I can thank myself!!
Oh, I think the reason the 'thanks' disappeared was because I had already thanked those posts in the old style. Too confusing this late at night, think I need to go to bed.Mum to DD born Oct 2009

I just commented on the thanks button on the sneaky peek thread it's all a bit confusing but it's just in trial stages and they will be sorting all the glitches out soon xEveryone is entitled to their opinionEllie 25/12/070 -
