Ooh my baby can roll from his side to his back! Well I say side but I could only really get him basically onto his front except one arm was under and across his IYSWIM?!
Happy birthday lovely Charlotte! Hope she and you both have a great day Becles:bdaycake:
Alfie has been on his activity mat thing for about an hour batting at the same little owl hanging down. Very funny. He looks like he's trying to grab it some of the time too. I'm so excited at him doing new things (or actually just "doing" anything after 12 weeks of just lying there lol!!)
Csh hope work goes well for you today.
Jillie glad your day was good yesterday. I have a holiday question for you too (and anyone else who's very MSE and might know) When is the best (cheapest) time to book a holiday for next summer? TIA :A0 -
HAPPY 3RD BIRTHDAY CHARLOTTE!!!!
:D
I am exhausted, lost count of how many times i woke up last night? I think i need to start doing something to help me sleep as i cannot keep going like this? off to 'monkeys' this morning with Charlie and then my friend is coming to do my hair this afternoon!!!!
Is the problem that you can't get to sleep or that something is waking you up? I use yoga relaxation to get me off to sleep.Mum to DD born Oct 2009

My boy chilling out at bed time :happyhear
Some pics as promised. We had a really lovely time but it almost started in disaster. You may remember that just before we left I told you that David had started commando crawling...... he did said commando crawling right off the bed settee in his nursery about 5 minutes before we left for the airport:eek: Apart from that, everything went really well :T
Have I missed anything important? The one thing children wear out faster than shoes is parents:D

depends what things you 'must have' i always say if you are happy with price book it. (sorry doesnt help). doesnt matter what everyone else says about the cost.
the holidays are just on sale now and this is the best time to get the hotel, resort, room type that you want. even flight times (but these can change). we're offering next years holidays at the same or less than this years if that helps. thimk its till the end of aug but that might be wrong lol!! our full programme is on sale tomorrow. Born 10lb6oz and just discovered he's crossed the 20lb mark when I got him weighed today. Started weaning at 3.5mths because of his size, along with BFing. Been expressing since birth as he wouldn't latch and the doctors wouldn't release him until his blood sugars reached certain levels. If you really want to !!!! me off tell me that a mom can't solely express for longer than a couple months!!
I was going to say you're not the only expresser on here, but was beaten to it.
Happy Birthday Charlotte
Actually a good night here once he finally went down. Did 9-almost 6 so I'm happy with that. Maybe it is just because there is so much going on in his little brain! Having an uber-lazy morning today though as nothing on till 1.
Thanks Elle, no rush for fairies!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

Really terrible night for us, as predicted. C'est la vie. Going to make this quick as he's due to wake up from nap at any moment!
Hammy, glad to see you back. Such cute piccies of David. Fairies will be visiting your house shortly
I'm quite pleased this morning as got news that my student loan forebearance has been accepted until November! Of course not pleased that I needed to apply for it in the first place, but that little bit of extra cash every month will really help.
Right, loads on my to-do list today so I'm going to try very hard to NOT be lazy and actually accomplish most of it!
Good luck at work, csh! Happy Birthday Charlotte!!top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

Hammy, don't think you have missed much -
MM is back from her course.
Csh is back to work today.
Jillie went back to work yesterday.
Tara is still planning her secret wedding.
Lots of waking babies and dramas as usual, but nothing I can think of that stands out.
Lovely pictures of David btw!
I just gave Holly some Sunrise Banana Cereal from Heinz for breakfast. No wonder she ate a decent amount. It tastes like fake banana milk if you know what I mean. It must be laden with sugar and flavourings. Don't think I will buy that again! I am a bit worried about giving her baby cereals rather than home made/natural stuff, but none of them have tasted this sweet!
I was thinking of driving down to MILs to give her an old mobile phone as hers isn't working, but might do that tomorrow instead. Not had Holly weighed for weeks so could do that today (could even walk there, what a novelty!). At a bit of a loss since we have stopped Kindermusik!0 -
Hope Charlotte has a lovely day, enjoy the pizza!
I have a headache
Hubby gave me a nude at 5:30 asking me to feed the baby because he didn't really want to get her up that early so I spent an hour with her hanging off 1 nipple while she tried to fiddle with the other and stuck her finger nails in the skin near my armpit... He got her up at 6:30 and within minutes she'd filled her nappy, as soon as he changed her she fell asleep on him lol... Hope that doesn't become habit!!
My Mum's supposed to be bringing my stepsister over with her new baby today but apparently the health visitor has left a message to say she'll be over at some point between 9am and 5pm to do the heel pr!ck... I always thought it was the MW that did that one?!
I need to make her card anyway so could do with the extra time...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
