Hope Charlotte has a lovely day, enjoy the pizza!

    I have a headache :(

Hubby gave me a nude at 5:30 asking me to feed the baby because he didn't really want to get her up that early so I spent an hour with her hanging off 1 nipple while she tried to fiddle with the other and stuck her finger nails in the skin near my armpit... He got her up at 6:30 and within minutes she'd filled her nappy, as soon as he changed her she fell asleep on him lol... Hope that doesn't become habit!!

My Mum's supposed to be bringing my stepsister over with her new baby today but apparently the health visitor has left a message to say she'll be over at some point between 9am and 5pm to do the heel pr!ck... I always thought it was the MW that did that one?!

I need to make her card anyway so could do with the extra time...

He "gave you a nude"??!!! Have you been watching JC again?

I really don't know this time fattybooboo. I'm just hoping it doesn't last.

Tbh I am mega worried about leaving him Saturday. He has settled a few times for OH but he is just so hard to settle at the moment that I fear they may battle. But it's only one night, he is happy with OH so hopefully it will all be okay. I've expressed shedloads of milk so there is plenty, but I fear he will miss the comfort of BFing. He's now taking quite a bit of food too so seems to be taking less milk overall. Will T take a bottle at all?

Ooh we have never tried DH settling T last thing before bed, I always take him upstairs and feed him myself. Perhaps we should do that. Does he give him ur milk from a bottle last thing? I am sure it will be ok, I think our boys know when we are not there and therefore not to expect their usual feed off mum. Having said that, I have panicked before the dentist and before my haircut recently, !!!!!! I wasnt even gonna be gone long!! Great that you have expressed loads. Well we havent tried T with a bottle just lately :o but the theory being we would go straight onto the sippy cup. He does like drinking water out of the cup with his meals, havent tried milk in it yet though. Trouble it, quite a bit still gets spilled back out so not sure how much milk he would actually drink if we were to try and settle him with my milk in the cup. Really hope it goes well and u have a great time :)

I have just emptied my cupboard full of tupperware because I can't find a lid for a soup container. OMG!!! How much tupperware does one person need? And I can never find the right shape or a lid for anything! Sorting out kitchen cupboards are on my to do list (and have been for the past 4 months!! :o)

You know how some people always end up with odd socks, well I'm like that with tupperware! Odd lids and boxes everywhere!

SJ- is the pool safely with you :D

Sorry, meant to say, yes it arrived safe and sound yesterday, thank you :A I'm going to leave it all wrapped up though as easier to store that way ready for next time ;)

Jillie, thanks. Don't really have a wish list as such, just want somewhere warm with a beach, few restaurants and price is the main thing, want to get it as cheap as poss.

Off for lunch with the girls from work today so need to go get myself ready really. Trying to work out how's best for feeds though as meeting at 12.30 to tie in with their lunch break but doesn't go too well with me trying to feed Alfie between 12 and 1 lol!

    Morning all,

    Happy Birthday Charlotte. :bdaycake:

    Good luck at work CSH

Welcome back Hammy, lovely piccies of David.

Go Alfie! before you know it it'll be eye's in the back of your head time SJ :rotfl:

Isla must have heard that the other November babies have been up in the night recently and thought she'd join in, she slept 10-3 then was awake every hour and nothing but feeding would settle her. Most of the time it wasn't even a feed she wanted, just to suck but she refuse's a dummy and if I moved away nothing would settle her back asleep :o We were meant to be at sling meet but I'm too tired so we're having a lazy day.

    Happy birthday Charlotte!

Weezl, just a sprinkle of cheese is needed, in fact you could probably get away without it. I used a bit less than an ounce for two people last night and that was waaaaaaaaaaaaay excessive.

Work chaos is chaotic, there was me thinking we had loads of time for everything but actually the conference starts tomorrow and I'm still faffing about

Gorgeous pictures Hammy, thank you :)

Right, off to the office to explain to the secretary that my printer is effed and she needs to use her colour printer for stuff. Or I can take it to my office, which will probably be easier, then take it home, guillotine the nametags and stick them in the slots, then bring them back in time for the meeting at 4pm, which I might skive out of and just turn up again for the favour-meeting I have with a colleague at 5. GAAAAAAaaaaaagggghhhhhhh.

krystal - your signature is sooooo timely with the breastfeeding helpline number as I am wits end. Tom was in our bed for the 3rd or 4th night in a row and screaming the place down if we put him in his cot as he's been feeding under every 2 hours for nearly 2 weeks now. I think he is having a mega growth spurt or something as I just don't seem to be able to keep him full and am feeling like a bit of a failure. Not to mention feeling like a zombie and irate 99% of the time, feel awful as snapping at DP and guilty as hell as feeling so cross with Tom, even though it's not his fault.

Listen to me sounding so sorry for myself, am off to catch up with all your smiley news.
