Holly wouldn't settle at all last night so she slept with me in the spare room from midnight and was out like a light straight away. I heard lots of wind so that must have been troubling her, but also her tongue was rolling like mad and making all sorts of new sounds. I kind of think she was getting a bit frustrated!

So I made her lie in until about 9 this morning so we are an hour behind schedule as she is normally napping by now and I am usually in the shower! Instead I am just having my breakfast whilst she is playing on her playgym trying to use her dangly toys to pull her up and twisting so much, she might actually roll over at some point - won't hold my breath though!

Good luck with the school today Csh.

Gill - big congrats hun xx I'm slowly filling Ts newborn baby grows away as she grows out of them she still is in her mothercare ones (tho not for long as her feet are at the end of them), but her Sainsburys ones still have plenty of room in them. She seems fairly well proportioned and grew out of them arms legs and body at the same time so they were getting tight all over. Just checked and the ones she doesnt fit anymore are Tesco and Next HTH.

I have never watched Michael McIntyre. I have only seen him on panel shows and he just doesn't appeal to me! Everyone loves him, but neither DH or I fancy watching him in the slightest. But I am a miserable cow and it takes a lot to make me laugh ha ha.

The funniest man in the world is Rob Deering. He would make you laugh! You are not miserable!!
  • Umm falling asleep was not part of my 'getting stuff done' plan :( best drag my sorry a$$ out of bed.

Jillie I used to put q folded up duvet cover under the highchair so I could pick up the food and give it back to him. A duvet cover means lots of ways to fold it before it needed washing ;)

It's not REALLY, but not the end of the world either. You've just reminded me I need to do this on DH's card as I've already done one on mine :p.

My boobies are mahoosive breast-feeding or no. I want to lose weight to shrink them slightly, but almost all my weight is in my tummy, giving that lovely 5-months-pregnant look *roll eyes*.

Apparently Finn was manically rolling from back-to-front and front-to-back this morning while I stayed in bed. :p Think we need to start weaning the swaddle sharpish now :o.
Aless I was asked just after Benjamins birthday if I knew what I was having :(

Yay for mobile babies! I still don't have stairgates...

That just might make it less appealing :rotfl:
One of the reasons I sent it back... The others were: The paint on the buckle scratches up really easily, and the handles are not comfortable...

Apart from that, I did love the look... I went for the Maclaren Techno XLR in the end... Although I'm using my Oyster all the time at the minute... (both of which come in a green colourway ;))

Jillie – Keep forgetting to say, if Holly is in any way tired, she won’t eat anything so I try to feed her soon after waking from naps. Also, I find that sometimes she is more likely to take food if sitting on my knee rather than her highchair or Bumbo as she has less opportunity to fidget. Particularly for breakfast - I can stick kids TV on and sometimes it seems to give her focus and she will just automatically open her mouth for me, rather than looking around fidgeting as she sometimes does (bad Mummy?)!!
We generally have dinner at the table though.
Just ideas in case anything helps.

No, I am not really miserable, but I am not a "laugh out loud" person at normal comedies and stuff. It really does take a lot to make me belly laugh iykwim! I am a sarcastic person and appreciate people with the same kind of wit as me I think.

Gym, you need to load it up to a photo hosting site like photobucket...

Or put it on Facebook and use the public link...

Gym - select photo, then click "share", "More options", "Get link code", then copy the URL (although I can't remember which one).
    Something like that anyway.

    Off for shower now.
