I've got a loose flabby tummy skin, but it's like an empty sack rather than fat. It hangs down over my bits and gets smelly underneath if I don't lift it up and wash it :( I can't wear small knickers as they sit in the fold and the elastic chaffs, so I have to wear big granny knickers now :o Got the nightmare of trying to find big bikini bottoms soon, although I have spotted these at BHS which I'm keen to try on:
    http://www.bhs.co.uk/mall/productpage.cfm/bhsstore/23066/226732

I did do a mystery shop for a cosmetic surgery company and was told I would be a good candidate for a tummy tuck, but I can't afford that and the lady said I need to be sure I want no more pregnancies before it is done, which I'm not sure about.

Still debating the boot camp, but think I will sign up if Craig doesn't mind watching the bairns.

Going shopping with Charlotte today. We're going looking for holiday clothes and sandals for her, or san-gulls as she calls them :D

One of my best friends did this and it worked well for her. She's actually done it twice- November and January I think, going three times a week and sticking to a strict diet of nothing processed, no dairy, no caffeine etc. She doesn't have kids though and I do think it would be challenging if you do, as the classes at her one started at 6am! Not good if you've had a broken night.

I'm a Mummy now so I'm actually allowed to be here after several weeks of lurkinh and poking my nose in :j

My gorgeous little boy Thomas was born on April 27th at 5.15am weighing a very healthy 8lb 5oz. We came home yesterday and DH and I are absolutely smitten with him and slowly (very slowly!) adapting to life with a newborn.

Can anyone tell me which brand of sleepsuits have long legs? He has 3 from Boots which are fine (in newborn size) and 3 in newborn size from Matalan which are awful! He can't straighten his legs in them but the body and arms are huge. He woke in the night crying with his legs stuck down one hole where they'd got stuck and he'd pulled his arms through too.

I want to ask my Mum to get some more but don't know if she can get to a Boots. Does anyone know if the newborn sleepsuits at mothercare or any of the supermarkets have suitably long legs? Or can recommend anywhere else?

    Congratulations Gill! Gorgeous name!

We find Sainsburys sleepsuits have long legs, M&S are pretty good too. Matalan must make clothes for weeny babies as Henry grew out of their 0-6mth sleeping bags at about 8 weeks!

Back from my hollibobs. We had lovely weather and it was great to catch up with the friends we went with, although I must say they were a lot less interested in playing with H than I expected. OH and I were still fully on duty the whole time- I'd hoped that we might get a bit of time to ourselves but it was still a lovely break.

Slight OMFG moment with work, but I guess I can worry about that when I go back.

Congratulations to newly mobile babies, and I am loving the pictures I have seen on here while skimming through.

Can some one please tell the lovely Alex, that 4.15am is not morning and it is not an acceptable time to get his mummy up for the day. Am so tired I could cry.

Have booked half a days holiday to go home and sleep, but I know it won't happen and I'll start doing stuff. And it will be a total waste of a holiday. Have an hour to decide.

Cutie baby photos Gym and Gill. :D

Beenie, are you watching the Wright Stuff?
No i was at the docs, what was it about?

Doc gave me pills, referred me for counselling, and wrote a letter to the council. I rather like him.

Although, not happy about these pills. His book said "present in milk, no known affects"
All the others he looked up said "present in milk, advised to avoid".

I wonder if any of you researchy type people could look up the affects of sertraline when bf'ing? I looked up these pills when preg and found all manner of miscarriages and disabilities. So i'd rather someone else looked and gave me facts not scare stories. Not happy about it being present in the milk at all tbh. Dunno what to do?

edit - my graze box is ming, pumpkin seeds? honey coated nuts? _pale_

I've not seen that before and I thought it was lovely.

Anyway I had a leaflet through the door about a fitness boot camp and they have classes just down the road from me. I'm seriously thinking about going but a bit nervous too. Has anyone else been to anything like that and how did you find it?

It is a lovely advert isnt it :)

What do you mean by boot camp? do you go and stay there? like the biggest loser show? I say go for it :)

MFD - I am supposed to be joining Slimming World tonight but as the day goes on I am like hmmm should I lol I wanted to go to the 9am class but E wasnt behaving lol so I wasnt ready in time

Som - I envy your 8 hour sleeps lol, E gets fed at 8-9, then midnight then 4am gah lol

Weezle - ah thanks, not that I have a urge yet to do sit ups lol, aww thanks for the kisses :) yes they had me on iron but I took myself off it after about 4 weeks (it was making it hard to poo and seeing as I tore my poor bum as well I didnt want it to be hard to go to the loo)

Gym - yeah I am with him all day on my own, OH gets home at about 5pmish but he (bless him) hasnt been so great the last couple of days, E has really been screamy and unsettled etc and honestly he is loud, he cried in the Drs office and she said she could not believe how loud he was, anyway its really getting to OH (its getting to me too but Im trying to not let it) and he cried last night (OH I mean) and Ive only seen him cry like 3 times in the past 3.5 years, he suffered from depression years ago so I am wary of him getting that stressed that he goes back into it, so I am having to be all bouncy and happy (even though I feel like poop when E has had a particularly bad day) I told my mam this morning, and she said "I will clip him, you have enough going on" to which I told her no you WILL not say anything.

OH is the most loving, wonderful man I have ever met in my whole life, he is just amazing, so although I feel wrecked most the time and E's screams drive me to painkillers, I dont think OH is being an !!!! (cant think of the right word) and I am hoping he starts feeling more upbeat soon

WOW sorry for that personal issue lol

Gill - welcome :) I think E has long legs and the best ones for him were Next Baby and Mothercare (although even those are supposed to be for babies bigger than the weight he is and his toes are now right at the end of the babygro, I think next is for 14lb babies but E has just outgrown then when he was 12lb)

Awwwwwww GYM gorgeous picture!!! I really should start dressing elliot in clothes lol he has loads and he's gonna be too big for them soon

    Awww Gill he's lush!!!!!!!!

Jillie - E is like that, he LOVES MTV Base, serisouly he often shuts up when I put it on but the other music channels dont have the same effect lol

WM - Snap lol, stupid birds and stupid daylight keep waking him up

Sertraline is present in the breast milk of lactating women taking this medication. However, the levels of sertraline and its metabolite, N-desmethylsertraline, found in the breast milk of these mothers is very low

but I'm not a researchy type just had a google

I'm scared of google. It tells me people will die and stuff!

I know he wouldn't have given me it if it was going to harm her, but i don't want it affecting her mood. Thanks for the link (says it needs a login!)
