They only ask if you've had any accidents or made any claims so I wouldn' have thought being unemployed would make a difference - doesn't make you more likely to crash :p

Not true! Your occupation is most definitely relevant  I used to be a manager for an insurance company

EA they don't credit check, i'm well in debt and have all kinds of defaults but they let me pay monthly.

Not true! They frequently credit check.
Yes - if the main driver never drives the car then he is not the main driver...

Even if he drives the car 49% of the time he is not the main driver...(in theory at least - it would be hard to prove that it wasn't 51% that he spent driving it but you get my drift?)

Not as hard as you may think... for example.... if 18 year old joe bloggs had an accident at 8.30 in the morning when his Mum (the declared main driver) was supposed to be using the car for commuting then they are within their rights to investigate.....

    Oh right!

I am hoping to come, but don't want to promise anything as I will have to see how I feel at the time.

MFD - good to hear balls are ok to play

We had a lovely picnic today although D was really, really grumpy for most of it :rotfl:

Here he is enjoying his ride on the swing - you can see Tintern Abbey in the background

He went down to sleep at 6.45 and haven't heard a peep since so fingers crossed although if we only get to midnight I will be happy :rotfl:. I am more than likely off to bed soon so I hope all babies are well behaved tonight :D

VAT increases set to add £33 to the average family supermarket bill...

    PER YEAR!!!!!!

Oh my lord, has the world gone mad?

    That is 63.5p a week.

I am not saying I agree or otherwise with the VAT increase but the reporting of it is scandalous!

    Although this made me laugh:
'For instance, a gingerbread man decorated with two chocolate eyes is exempt from VAT, but if it contains any more chocolate, standard-rated VAT is charged.'
Make sure your gingerbread men only have 2 eyes folks ;)

Forgot everything else as I read, I'm sorry :o.

Lovely pic of D, Hammy :)

I had a lovely chinese at my mum and dad's as DH is still at friend's. Had to drink about 4 big glasses of water after and am still really thirsty but I'm too full to drink any more.

I'm looking at charms on ebay (again)
