I have a friend who when I visit I make Alice keep her shoes on because once her socks ended up so bad I thought I would have to throw them out. I'm sure your floors can't be any worse than that.
I'm sorry

LOL - it makes everything a little more managable if that makes any sense! If you have loads to worry about then each thing can only get a smaller percentage of your attention :rotfl::rotfl:Evansangel wrote: »Thats what we always have done, but now the slightest noise wakes her and she's not sleeping
She had a nap though when we went round to let ILs dogs out so she's happy now
Got my Emmas Diary mum pack thing today. The free fruit sweet things were yummy but i didn't get my free diet coke as advertised on the pic:rotfl:
A lot of areas took the coke out because it was promoting something which is unhealthy.
What I meant was the quieter you make it the more the slightest noise will wake her. Aiiee no wonder your stresses have been mounting  hurrah for all--clear!:T For Mr MFD's man bits!
I always nag OH to check his, but he tells me I should check for him.
Duh, why do you think we get married? :cool:Checking is important!
I am glad to hear some of you admitting to unclean floors, I have a constant low level of something like shame, guilt for my own laziness, and OH-resentment at the state of our floors. Our combined housework powers are significantly less than that of a skilled and willing 8 year old.0 -

I'm so pleased he got the all clear, MFD. That worry must have added to your already worrying day.
3- that horse camp looks incredible. Have any of your lot ridden before? I love horses and riding, although haven't done it regularly since I had a bad(ish) accident a couple of years ago. I keep meaning to book a beach ride when I go and visit my Mum so she can look after H. Might have to do that for the summer actually.
Boo- I bow to your MSE ways! I thought I was doing well with my 99p shop bargains. They have some boy's Asda long sleeve T-shirts, various bits of plain uniform (polo shirts and sweatshirts) and I got lots of lovely Fenjal smellies too.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

Oooh i get you nowI usually make DH turn the tv down because its so very loud and i can hear it downstairs when im in the kitchen!
Usually a sneeze or a burp are sure ways to make her jump and wake her up :rotfl:

Can I pick your brains? Last week at our BF picnic I was chatting to another Mum who has just text me to say her little one has come down with chicken pox. I didn't come into contact with her LO, just her and I have had chicken pox. However my worry is that I shared a room with a newly (secretly) pregnant friend on Saturday. Should I tell the pregnant friend of the distant chicken pox link? I feel like it would cause more worry than it is worth, but also feel a teeny bit guilty for not telling her
. If I had had contact with the infected LO I definitely would tell her, but in this situation I'm not sure.

J has been with school for a long time, for a term each year. The rest of us have only been once, on holiday in Dublin last year. L was a natural and really enjoyed it, I ached all over for days afterwards.
L would love to do it now, but it's such an expensive hobby. The best local one we could find was £17 an hour, and you had to book, and pay for ten one hour sessions in advance.:beer:0 -

£17 an hour is good. I used to pay £25 (although when I was L's age I only paid about £3). I bet they will both love the holiday.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0
