Tried to show post #29 to comment on it but can't work out how to do it  sorry stebiz.

Yes, I'm with you there. How can someone that offers free p & p not get a constant 5 ?

Oh well, I may as well give up now!

Ebay make their money from sellers but do nothing to support us. I think they should make it that no feedback can be left whatsoever until both buyer and seller have clicked a button or something to say their side of the transaction is complete. It is terrible that someone can win an item, not pay for it, but can still leave negative feedback and the seller only has the option to leave positive. Also, buyers who don't pay should get an automatic negative from ebay.

I agree. Also if the buyer agrees to purchase an item and pay x pounds for p&p, then that should be the end of the matter. The only reason for this particular star, is for the benefit of ebay - and them alone!!

I wouldnt be put off buying from someone with anything over 4 stars

The biggest flaw i see is with the dispatch time star, people seem to take that as meaning delivery, ie i post all items within 1 day, 2days max at weekends but yet ive been marked down on my stars and can only assume its cause r.m are taking so long to deliver!

i cant understand why a buyer would leave poss fed back and then mark you down with the stars? there seems to be no way to find out who has given you a lower mark... i would wish that buyers would either say 'im not happy with this product/service etc' so that the problem can be sorted before an account gets frozen...

I have done that when I get to pay rip off postage. Sometimes I can see the postage is excessive but i really want the item, I would normally ask seller is postage is correct they often tell me that it covers all their shoe leather, fees, time spent wrapping etc so I bid but when asked my impression of postage and packing will be honest. If have paid for more than post and packing therefore I am neutral (3*) about this set of stars.
