    This is most sad.
Patently the full fees could have been avoided quite easily.

    I despair of the CAB.

Don't even get me started. There's some good people there, some awesome people in fact, but it's just too random as to whether people end up with one of those or a total idiot advising them.

I think I've said this before here, but in my bailiff past they've given someone advice that they thought would make me magically go away somehow but actually left me with no choice but to enforce a debt full on and remove goods there and then.

I _really_ hated having to remove peoples goods.

Yeah, seemed that way. The woman was from overseas but spoke ok english, she really wanted to help me but had to get assistance from another guy. This guy walked in the room where I was sitting and without telling me who he was or anything just said "Nope, nothing you can do, gotta pay it" - I was pretty shocked, he didn't even know the details. I just sort of left then, I knew I wasn't going to be helped. I'm not knocked the setup or anything but I can't help but feel he just couldn't be arsed.

Hope someone can help you, I guess you never got the rejection letter, so never got the chance to take this to the adjudicator?

I think there is a way you can get this reverted back to the NTO stage, maybe someone can explain what you have to do to achieve this. Then people could help your formal appeal.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thankyou. Yes that is the plan hopefully, on the other site they said to call T.E.M (or something) and talk to them about it so i can try and get it back to being able to appeal again.

I never received any letters, well one to which I replied. The parking services assure me they sent 5 , and maybe they did, I wouldn't call anybody a lier but I just never received them all

    Good luck with your case,
Once a while back,I was home on leave from Germany, due to the IRA threat at the time, all our own vehicles had false plates & tax discs issued to us by the MoD,English reg if your car was rhd,German if lhd.
My tax 'expired' while I was on leave & I had'nt recieved my new one before I went on leave.
Anyway,I came out one day to find my car about to be clamped for no tax,to which I pointed out the circumstances to the traffic warden & the RUC officer. He checked my story & I let away, with my car.
I was parked on a council car park at the time & shudder to think what'd happened if I was'nt there in time to intervien.

Hi again guys, can anybody help me with this TEM? I've called and tried every option and they all just end up telling me the website address. I am sorry but I'm useless at dealing with things like this because to be honest, I never need to.

    I've been calling 0845 7045007

What do I need to do? Bailiffs hold comes off Wednesday :(

If you are saying that you cannot deal the switchboard number all I can suggest is getting a neighbour to assist you get through the initial part of the call so that you do connect with a TEC official.
Is there no options presented that allows talking to someone ?
Try using any options that suggests contact with a person on any issue at all and then explain to them.
Or ask a neighbour to help.
