Jesus guys, you sound like the bailiffs.
Sorry No I can't provide those details. My postal address is my parents and I've had problems with mail many times.
All I can tell you is I put the ticket on my car (just like every other week I used the same car park for the last 8 months) - And that I still have my original ticket showing it was in time etc. Also when I asked about the pictures of my windscreen I was told "erm, they aren't very clear"
So yeah, looks like I'm going to pay this £200.
Thanks. Sorry I can't provide the details you need. I don't see what difference it makes, if they said they sent them... who am I to disagree.

Yes but only if something can be done. For example I spent money on fuel, parking tickets, and waiting 2 hours (C.A.B) to be told instantly "Na, nothing you can do, sorry" - So to me this was wasted time & money. And by paying £10 to possibly be told again "Na, can't do anything, sorry" .. I'd rather not. On the other hand if somebody said I can clear this for you, I'd happily pay £50 to £100! because the debt is now at £200.
Don't take that the wrong way, I'm just saying I'm kind of defeating the object of clearing a debt by pumping money into it. Hence signing up to this free advice forum.

I'm sorry, but as someone who from the start has tried to help you I'm very insulted to be compared to the bailiffs. To give advice and help we need the op to provide information, we don't have crystal balls. I wish you luck, but I'm not able to help.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Get yourself over to Pepipoo - but I advise you to be much more succinct in what has happened, rather than ranting and don't abuse people who are trying to help.
There's some excellent advice on there, but you need to have a level head and work within the well established laws which govern parking tickets and the legal system.
From reading the threads of advice they usually find something wrong with either the ticket, the roadmarkings or the procedure the Council have followed.
I suspect you will need to begin by having a Judgement put aside and starting again.
Getting your postal problems sorted out would also be a good idea.0 -
He/She's already gone there and is no more forthcoming there either.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

This is most sad.
Patently the full fees could have been avoided quite easily.
I despair of the CAB.0 -
Sorry if I have offended anybody. I am just so frustrated, I am in a situation when I have done nothing wrong. I put a ticket on like I did every week for 8 months.
Due to the lack of help from C.A.B - I decided to email the parking services and request the pictures that were taken of my vehicle. I didn't actually think they would send them me but they did, and here they are.
My ticket was in the same place as always, smack bang in the center of the windscreen. Just look at the picture, he's only photo'd the bottom quarter of my windscreen.
Hi again all, sorry for the late reply. I think the letter I received was a notice to owner. I'll see if I can find it. And yes I can honestly say that is all I have received and I did reply to it. My stupidity, I assumed they received my response and that was the end of it, until about 5 months later when I had a bailiff at my door.
I emailed them parking services again and requested the pictures of my van that the warden had taken, because I can't understand how he missed my ticket. And here they are, my ticket was smack bang in the center of the windscreen! he has deliberately only taken a picture of the bottom quarter of my windscreen.
(it won't let me post links because I am a new member so just add the http part)

I despair of the CAB.
I wish I paid the £30 even though I had a ticket. Simply because of this big mess. But I can't bring myself to pay a fine when I have done nothing wrong. If I had chanced it and thought I'll try get away with out a 50 pence ticket for my half hour visit, I would have paid the fine. But I always buy a ticket0
