I know for certain they report monthly to Experian, as I have seen a report of theirs. Cheers.

I know, it was a desperate time. Hopefully my stupidity may help someone else.

No idea on reports yet, but all above showed searches at Experian except Virgin Media and just EE Mobile showing a search at EQ. Nothing at CC. Choices were mostly done on purpose since my Experian report was over 950 and Equifax below 150, which I know means little in numbers but the info held at EX was preferable. Thanks all for this info, it helped enormously to pick EX usage - I hope to have added to it.

My credit file is to be looked after and cherished and this has helped me to do so and to build it up. A different choice of lender could have scuppered all and then the companies and I would have lost out. I got them all (Credit card via own bank as well as Reward Current Acc, £100 bonus and £1,200 HTB ISA) but not sure on Tesco but I think it's going through as I applied last night to use up the last of money earning zilcho in account I am going to dump.

did u check your experian report also, i recently got a hard search removed from barclaycard. and a ramdom search from a unauthorised company also removed from equifax wondering if i have to contact experian.and call credit to get it removed also.
