Looks like my mrtge app will be declined then as we have a PDL showing within the last 12 months

Right I have come to the conclusion natwest is a no go - does anyone know which mortgage providers only search EQ I saw Yorkshire on the list any more ??

Does anybody know if the mortgage lender can search again at a later date or do they need to go with the information they have when they done the initial search and provided an agreement in principal.

I am no expert but I'm sure they will most definetly do another full report, the AIP is not a full application.

Why would they even credit search? Possibly for fibre which has a BTOR contract of 12 months but not for ADSL2, surely?
