    Very helpful thread, thank you!
I would like to contribute to it so here they are from my recent experience.

-Tesco Bank searches EX and CC, and reports to EX/EQ/CC.
-NewDay Aqua card searches EX and reports to EQ/CC (I am still to confirm if they report to EX)

Also, Welsh Water (utilities) reports to EX.

    Cheers:j

And they will do so without any consent from the customer. And if they have insufficient personal details to match your account to an actual person, they and the CRAs, make a guess at it.

Yes I found it a bit dodgy because I was not aware of their reporting until I saw it on my credit report. They also report as a joint account (as they did for me) if you have two names on the bill.

This creates a financial association at the CRAs, which will be in place for ever unless you manage to persuade the chumps at the CRAs to remove it. It's my understanding that utility companies are not allowed to create such associations, but because the CRAs have no QA on incoming data this sort of thing happens all the time. The upshot is the CRAs then publish lies about you and the "associated" person. You should take this up with the ICO; ask them how they can justify a situation that permits the CRAs to publish lies.

You might also consider writing to the water company stating that since you've not given them authorisation to do so, you henceforth ban them from reporting details about you to the CRAs, and from smacking you with credit checks.

its experian ,as we just got car from them :D

Does anyone know if this is still the case? My experience credit rating is 953 and call credit is only 537 (although I've just paid almost everything off that shows on there so will hopefully improve) Daren't check Equifax now, and just hoping that they use Experian still.

Don't forget your score means nothing it's the content of it, none of the CRA lend money.

Thing is the content on Call Credit isn't much different to Experian - there are a few things that are different, but all payments are up to date, no defaults etc. Only thing I can think is that there is maybe too many accounts on there (opened when young and silly!) but I've just settled the balance on all of them so hopefully that will improve the score (even though it means nothing)

    Mazfitz,

An example call credit don't take into account credit searches, Experian do, so straight away depending on your credit searches there will be different.

Ignore the scores and just ensure that all the info on there is correct and ensure you pay on time.
