Yes, I agree about Monument and shall remove forthwith.

Tesco Bank is now technically separate from RBS, however they are still using RBS systems to process and administer their products.

Note the address of Tesco credit cards:

    Tesco Personal Finance plc
    PO Box 5747
    Southend on Sea SS1 9AJ

This is the exact same address as all NatWest / RBS cards.

I shall therefore leave the Tesco credit card entry under the RBS umbrella.

    Hi all

Checked my Callcredit statutory report online earlier and noticed that Santander Cards are reported to them.

I wonder how long it'll be before they'll be regularly used for credit searches? They've got a good few years data behind them now, the majority of my accounts are reported to them.

Also, went onto Creation Financial Services website earlier and in the 'About Us' section there is a scrolling banner that shows that they provide finance for the following high street and online stores not previously listed on this thread: dfs, ScS, Dreams & Dell.

    Link: http://www.creation.co.uk/about-us.html

I do hope this thread is continuing to be a useful resource and would appreciate any more information when everyone next checks their credit files :)

    Regards

YEAH, i was mainly thinking could be relevent to know if people wanted to apply for 2 cards ie one with rbs and one with tesco etc, not sure if previously may of been difficult to get issued an rbs and a tescos etc, maybe it wasnt but regardless must be even easier now,

Barclaycard tend to stick to Equifax only but have been known to search Experian in the past, too.

All the others will pretty much definitely search Experian.

Barclaycard is your best bet :o

    'Tis indeed very useful :o

It's good to see Creation growing as big and fast as they are and continuing to keep APRs at a reasonable level as so many other creditors have tightened up scoring to the point of unobtainability, at least we have good ol' Creation to fall back on.

Interesting that they are now backing Dell - who used to use CIT Group, then their own internal financing.. Creation should boost Dell sales :D

Just spoken to a 'loans specialist' at Barclays who told me that they only use Experian for their credit checking for loans. They also said that you've a better chance of being accepted after the 8th of the month if you've had any change of circumstances in the previous month (credit report etc) as this is when they update their financial records.
