Dell system for £185 incl. VAT

Hi, slightly confused, well i ordered one of the pc's, i have recieved 2 emails so far:

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are writing regarding your recent request for order on the UK Preferred Accounts Division web site. Due to a technical issue, our web store gave you an incorrect price for the specification that you requested. This error has been corrected, but we will be honouring your order at the price that the store quoted to you. However, because this order was placed on a special business part of our website you did not receive the order confirmation as you normally would when purchasing from our consumer (private customer) site. We also have had to re-work our order management processes to support consumer orders from the business site hence the delay. A Dell representative will be in touch with you over the next few days to finalize and confirm your order.

We apologize for any inconvenience this technical issue may have caused.

If you have not received an order confirmation from your online purchase please can you reply to this email and include your Internet Receipt number plus a telephone number and I will contact you to discuss.

Not sure what to do now, one of the main problems is that i accidently deleted my order confirmation email so have noway of finding out my order number, any1 advise me what to do please?

If you received an order confirmation email (not an Internet Receipt number) then you should be able to phone up and they should be able to track your order from your postcode.
I'd email a reply to this email, AND call them up to find out where your order is.

got this from dell yesterday after responding to the withdrawn email (without giving my telephone number)..................

Please reply to this email with confirmation if your happy to proceed.

Anybody else had the telephone call offering the upgrade to tft plus double hd and floppy disc?

Also if someone could pm me the original specs for the £183 system I would appreciate it as I no longer have them and want to work out what the upgrades would amount to.
