What sort of prices are other similar houses in your immediate area selling for? Have you done a reckie of the competition in the area to see what you are up against?
Also did you take the agent's suggestion for pricing? Sometimes agents can deliberately suggest a higher price to get your business - they consider it a winning strategy to flatter you.
Another idea; would a 5k drop in price take you to lower price bracket on rightmove? The price brackets run in £10k increments so it might open you up to a new audience...
It might also be that your agent hasn't done a great deal to sell your home. Some agents do nothing more than upload your property details to rightmove and stick an ad in the local paper.
The good ones will have a large database of interested buyers and start ringing round it to sell viewings to the best candidates."carpe that diem"0
