Spud that's great! Hope you're starting to feel a bit better now. Just keep paying your DMP and I'm sure nationwide will come round eventually.

I had 3 acceptances last week and i felt so relieved. The biggie was MBNA too!!!

Thanks LittleL
I'm not sure about Nationwide ever coming round.
Our mortgage is with them, so they know we own the house, and also how much equity we have in it. I think they want to try for a charging order to secure what we owe them.
A & L is one of our biggest debts, so I am really pleased they are able to help.
Our worst creditor, apart from Nationwide has been Black Horse. They've been a pain, and we only owe them £500 :mad:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Only if there is a CCJ, and you would have had to receive a summons before this - Please do not confuse Bailiffs with Debt Collectors, even though some DCAs appear to behave as though they are one and the same thing. Check you rights on the OFT and Insolvency Helpline websites.:beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
