Vixie Pixie i love you lol

saw what you said about lager shandy, i usually drink wine but still can drink lager so headed straight to asda lol

they have 2 ltr bottles of it for 48p !!! so i got 6 lol

had a taste and its not too bad, will certainly help my cravings for a drink on an evening even if i have to sit and drink a full bottle like i would wine
    and its freeeeeeeeeeee lol

son says but you wont get drunk and i said i dont think its that, its more the boredom and feeling the need to a drink to curb that lol

    Aw shucks... lol

Its fab isn't it!! I'm going away for my mum's 50th next week so i have bought 2 of the 6 pack cans to take away with us (they are mine all mine!!! :D) :) I'm not a big drinker anyway but i do like to partake in the odd pint of lager (or 4! hehe)

All i need now is a free cider and I'm away :D Unfortunately Jacques Fruits de bois Cider (my absolute fave!!) is 7 syns for 250ml!!!! I drink at least 2 bottles of it when i have it!!!!!

EDIT - i have just calculated that a whole bottle (440ml) of Jacques is actually 12.5 syns!!!! So thats 25 syns in one sitting!!!!! EEK!
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

    What is "anise"?? Thank you!:)

Anise is the original of "aniseed" - you find it in jars in the spice aisle.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

hmmmmmm.....well i think it's safe to say I'm having a flexible syns day! I've learnt a valuable lesson though.....I slipped back to my calorie counting days and for lunch today I only took salad with a bit of ham and a boiled egg, nothing with it to fill me up. By the time I left work, trekked around morrisons and drove home I was STARVING and was attacked by a cheese sanwich, crisps and a cake, ontop of the brownie and fairy cake I had at work this morning I think I've blown it for today!! Trouble is I have to cook tea dead late 2 days a week as OH doesn't finish work till 8.30pm then he has a 40min drive home so it's a long time between lunch and tea.....must get more organised for next time!!!

    Anyway.....

Tomorrow is another day and I'm planning my food now and it's looking like a green day:

Breakfast - marion's rice with mixed berries, pear and natural yogurt
Lunch - jacket pot & beans
    Snack - ryvita & laughing cow (HEA&B)
Tea - turkey lasagne (HEB + 5syns) & salad. I might do a few SW chips too if I'm hungry.

Well done on the size 14 jeans :T I can still remember when I was shopping for a suit I took a size 16 skirt into the changing room and it was too big. I took it out to get a smaller size and the young lad at the desk said "no good" and I practically cried when telling him I needed a smaller size. Such a fantasic feeling especially as I hadn't been that size since I was a teenager [ was in my 30's at the time]. You can imagine how I felt when I hit a size 12 :rotfl:

    Food today

    B - weetabix [bs] milk [a] coffee

L - mug shot [tom & herb] babybel [a] muller

T - noodles, stirfried veg, oxo

    Snacks - apple, pineapple

    Syns - :(:o:o:o:o:o big fat zero :(:o:o:o:o:o
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Hi everyone

hoping for a bit of advice from you all, i ve followed this thread since i started sw about 9 weeks ago but i normally post on the wedding board (getting married Dec 2010) and ive managed to lose 1st 6lb and tonight i got my 10% award.

When i first started i have to admit I found the ee plan quite easy but as the weeks have gone im finding it more of a struggle and my weightloss has slowed to 1/2 to 1lb a week. How does everybody get on with the plan long term, i know the plan works but i think ive just hit a rough patch and im not sure how to get out of it. I keep getting told that I can lose between 1 and 4lb a week.

I dont know weather to start a food diary again (though im really good with this), try red/green days, concentrate on more superfree or superspeed, or to just keep plodding on. i now exercise 3 times a week and that makes me feel better in myself but doesnt seem to have an effect on the scales.

    Thanks
