Tomorrow is B day so will do my best to limit the damage but DS has made me a chocolate cake and how do you tell a 3 yr old mummy can't eat it he was so proud today kicking me out of the kitchen so him and my sister could make me a surprise. He came out covered in glitter and chocolate so am praying i have a cake and a card and not just a glittering chocolate cake
AND MOST IMPORTANT WENT OUT WITH HUBBY TO BUY ME SOMETHING AND GOT WAIT FOR IT............SIZE 14 JEANS !!!!!!!!! sorry for the shout but am very very very excited x x x
Aw bless
Well done on the new jeans, it is very exciting, you've a perfect right to shoutI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Okay, you guys have really inspired me.
Tomorrow I am going to sign on at a local SW - so watch out for me here!
I have done SW before, but last time I went for six weeks and didn't lose a lb, it was just so demoralising, as I was doing everything to the book, honestly. So I gave up. I'm about the same now as I was then (about four years ago) so I guess that's not too bad, but I'm hoping the new EE menus might help me.
DaisyI'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -
thanks for thr hugs and support guys xxx
my milk/cheese HE i use in my coffee through day i missed putting that in and a very thin spread of dairylea light cheese spread on the toast, id just gotten up lol
also 3 syns on gravy on the shepherds pie so 6 syns total approx
i just weighed myself 5 times in a row and every weight was different and inconsistent, varying by around 5 llb difference between lower and higher amount
i googled on net and it seems most scales are like this with inconsistency unless u wanna pay 50 quid plus for some
i think they need binning , so ive decided im not gonna get on them at all and get son to hide them some where lol0 -
Morning all
Well done on the losses folks -and those size 14 jeans:T
and hugs to all those having a tough time of it at the moment, hopefully things will improve soon.
KathF - I had to buy new didgital scales the other week -these do 100g incriments (sp?) -but still, if you move them to a different tile in the bathroom they will read different -so mine have to go smack bang on 1 specific tile everytime... I would get your son to put them away and just let you have them once a week, my old set used to live in the boot of the car so they went to work with hubby every day as I was a scale jumper...on, off, on, off everytime I went in the bathroom :rotfl:the new ones stay in the bathroom and I ignore them as much as possible (apart from Sunday when "they had better say something nice" ):p
My EE meal plan for today is:-- 250ml semi skimmed (A)
- 2 weetabix (B)
- 125ml semi skimmed (3 syns)
- SW goulash -leftover from the other day
- roasted veggies
- oranges
- tesco chicken wrapped in bacon (1syn)
- steamed potatoes
- carrots
- green beans
- peas
- sweetcorn
- SW cheesy sauce(1.5syn)
- fruit
- cream yogurt (8syn)
We need to nip out later (pricing up a wii, wii fit thingy) -so I will get more fruit n veg whilst we are out and a couple more bits n bobs to keep us on track this week...
Hope everyone has a good day and hugs to those struggling at the moment..-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
