If the Ryvita are in the red pack they are the "original ryvita" which is a speed "b" choice. Lovely with a laughing cow light!
Just checked the SW website and the following are allowed as a "b" choice on any of the days:
2 Ryvita Fruit Crunch
2 Ryvita Pumpkin Seeds & Oat
2 Ryvita Original
2 Ryvita Dark Rye
2 Ryvita Sesame
I love the Ryvita Fruit Crunch - really nice if you have a sweetness craving - they are a bit like garabaldi biscuits (not that I would know!:rotfl:)

I must lose 1/2lb to getback in my range.
My consultant is def cooling on me now I don't pay. She obviously didn't know I'd gained when I went in & I asked her for a starter pack. I'm sending it to a friend who lives on a scottish Isle & doesn't have a class there. Anyway, she was right huffy about it.
Lynz, the depo injection will def make you gain I'm afraid.
Inaz, hope your foot heals fast. Try & stick with the plan as much as you can. Obviosuly I need to heed that advice

Big (hugs) Lisa. You will get back on track. I think sometimes we just go thru phases where the Plan seems impossible. Stick with it - you'll get there in the end.:)
I've been at my Slimming World class 18 months and I do find that even tho I'm not at target my Consultant just doesn't have the time for the older members but "zones in" on new members. She does the new members talk while people are getting weighed in; so if you are aren't able to stay to class that particular week; you don't have a chance to speak to her.:(0 -
Today I've had
Breakfast: clementine, apple, kiwi and muller light yogurt
Snack: Kelloggs Fibre Plus Cereal Bar (5.5 syns)
Lunch: Boiled Egg Sandwich on 2 slices of Nimble Wholemeal Bread (b choice) and 2 tablespoons of Hellman's Extra Light Mayo (1 syn)
Late Afternoon: Batchelor's Pasta & Sauce Macaroni Cheese (1 syn) with 2 oz cheese (2 "a" choices)
Evening Meal: Slimming World chips with Cod portion (b choice) with tomato and onion sauce.
Evening Snack - Chocolate Scan Bran Cake.
Really didn't mean to have the Batchelor's Pasta & Sauce in the afternoon as well as my sarnie for lunch; but about 3 pm I was starving for some strange reason!0 -

You also choose 4 of the Ryvita Original, Dark Rye or Sesame as a HB. You can have 2 as a speed food or 4 as a normal Healthy Extra B. I always go for the 4 because 2 just wouldn't fill me up!

Well done to all those losers, especially those of you who are going through some testing times.
I managed a 2lb loss this week, which I'm pleased about as I had three night shifts to contend with. I am going to cook up a big batch of free pasta sauce tomorrow, some syn free quiche and some syn free pizza (don't know if you have seen the recipe on mini mins, but its a pizza base using 57g of tesco crusty wholemeal bread mix). That lot should keep me going for a few days anyway.
Have a good week all,
