I must lose 1/2lb to getback in my range.
My consultant is def cooling on me now I don't pay. She obviously didn't know I'd gained when I went in & I asked her for a starter pack. I'm sending it to a friend who lives on a scottish Isle & doesn't have a class there. Anyway, she was right huffy about it.
Lynz, the depo injection will def make you gain I'm afraid.
Inaz, hope your foot heals fast. Try & stick with the plan as much as you can. Obviosuly I need to heed that advice

Booooo
My sister who is a SW consultant says it wont it "all depends what you eat" the woman from family planning said the same.
I jsut have to try and try and try. But waking up and my belly is rumbling like hell and I HAVE to eat something. Im hoping having a turkey breast joint and a ham made and sliced up in the fridge and more fruit hanging around should help. Maybe.
So far today I've had
1x alpenlite HEA
3x bananas & yoghurt
Portion of free spinach & mushroom lasagne
Pint of diet coke
Teas ( skim milk from HEA)
Its the evenings that are a lot worse. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
lynz, I have food addiction so I can understand where you are coming from.
If you don't mind me saying...banans (& grapes!) are quite high in sugar. Maybe have 1 banana a day & have some other fruit.
How did you make the lasagne? Sounds yummy!

I thought 2 ryvita were a HEB? I buy the ones in the red pack, is that the one you're talking about? Are the sweet ones the fruit crunch - I saw them in tesco but couldn't remember if they could be taken as a HEB. Sorry for all the questions lol, the SW site won't load for me at the moment.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -

hope everyone is well:D
Mrs M - don't forget you can use tinned/cooked fruit as a HEB, and on red/green days (not sure if it is both or one of them) you can also have extra cheese as a HEB. Personally I grab a bag of Ryvita minis if I haven't had my HEB.
WI tonight. I gave myself a "week off" as I reached my first stone last week. Harder than I thought it would be ... I've stuck to low wine consumption and really the glazed belly pork is the only really bad thing I've had so fingers crossed x:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Thanks Blackberry-Rum
ooooohhh cheese as a (B) -will have to look into that and see if it counts when doing EE ? -I don't eat cooked fruit bleurghhhhh (give it me raw and Im happy-unless I can have it as a crumble with lots of topping and ice-cream :rotfl:) Im trying to keep an eye on bread intake as it bloats me -even though I love it Thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis much..
I will see if I can get the bags of mini ryvitas out here -I used to love them,
Glazed belly pork mmmmmmmmmmmmmm I love belly pork (but not crackling -I like wobbly fat) -ooohhh and breast of lamb..... no wonder I need to lose weight :rotfl:
Well I have put the kebabs together -I have only put mushrooms and wedges of onion on with the meat and it has made 8 whoppers:j.. so thats probably 2 each, 2 for hubbies lunch tomorrow and I might have to have the other 2 as my lunch (if they last through the evening ) and I have everything ready for the egg fried rice -so hopefuly when hubby gets in from work we wil go for a walk and then I can just whack the kebabs in the oven whilst I do the rice when we get back mmmmmmm

Hey, your probably right about the bananas . Boooo.
Will try to eat something else but I do have a bit of a wierd OCD type thing with fruit in general so there are some things I can manage and some I cant yet. Am getting there tho!
The lasagne:
OK
Chopped onion
sliced mushrooms
bag of spinach
lasange sheets
fry the veg off in frylite, with a pinch of dry mixed herbs, add the spinach at the end so its just wilted.
I used fromage frais for the sauce but it didnt really work thatwell went slightly lumpy? think quark would be better
layer it up
if you have any cheese in your HEA then you could use that or syn it but I like the crunchiness of the pasta on the top so just put a bit of the juices form the pan over the top in a drizzle, cooked it for about 25mins on about 220.
I have a thought about making some sorts of crisp like snacks out of pasta shapes, watch this space:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

This probably isn't a lot of help to you but I generally have one of these as my HEB as I'm also trying to lay off the bread. They are so delicious, and £1 for a box of four bars at Tesco at the moment. Not sure if you'd be able to get hold of them though.
I'm sooo hungry at the moment. Might need to go and grab some fruit and my afternoon Options hot chocolate.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

I'm going to try and have homemade veg soup later, and maybe some ryvita. I'd love to say this not eating as much has made me feel slimmer but i just feel humongous, and its WI tonight:( Still, I'm very happy that i've stayed on plan the last few days despite feeling poo, and will behaving whatever i feel like after WI tonight:D
Best of luck for WI tonight. I had a dodgy tummy bug the other week and managed to lose 2 pounds! Hope you soon feel better.0
