Morning all -looks like being a sunny one too...

Well done on all the loses again everyone :T

Sukibix -I used to have the same issue with WW and having to count fruit  -I eat loads of fruit and it used to drive me insane that I had to point it all.

    EE meals for me today:-
    • lemon juice in warm water
    • 250ml semi skimmed (a)
    • 2 weetabix (B)
    • apple
    • huge salad
    • ham
    • 1tbs yogurt dressing (0.5syn)
    • SW free orange "cheesecake"
    • SW beef rogan josh (0.5syn)
    • home made vegetable rice(0.5syn)
    • fruit
I made the rogan josh yesterday and have left it in the fridge overnight to develope.... but I have to say that when I tried it *well you have to when you're cooking don't you* :D -it was gorgeous -and I don't even like curry normally .... so Im hoping I will still think it is yummy when we have it tonight :p
oh and the orange "cheesecake" has a nice flavour too -but I need to blend the cottage cheese next time and not pass it through a sieve as the recipe said -as it still is a little grainy in texture (Im funny with textures and consistancies :o) -but the flavour is nice and rather than pour it into one dish and slice I poured it into ramekins so I get individual servings ;)...
    right -enough waffle -again :o
    Have a great day everyone....

Bit hacked off as yesterday I got the most massivest toothache in the world, so couldnt eat ( or even make) the chinese feast :(

Instead I was laid up and used all my syns on instant "soft" food that was bearable on the jaw :(

Half bag of sains BGTY paprika soya snacks ( 2.5)
    2x rice cakes 4 syns
pot of BGTY cottage cheese 2.5 syns
    one jaffa cake 2.5

plus Id already had the pasta & sauce earlier that was 1.5

Today is a better day as I have had a few ibropfens to sort my tooth out ( cant get an appointment for 3 weeks ) hopefully syn free lol ;) Been up since 5.

    strawbs and muller
    Eggs, mushrooms and beans
2 litres of diet coke and 3 glasses of water ( go me)

Off to a friends place overnighting tonight so have got a pack of the Sains BGTY soya snacks ( 5) and 2 alpen lights ( HEB) or the journey.

I have a horrible feeling she will suggest pizza express  for dinner tonight.

Am I right in thinking that nandos is syn free as long as no skin is consumed and salad or corn ( no butter) is chosen, as that seems to be the case on minimins???

Will try to do the Szechuan tomorrow so I can report what it was like :D

PS does anyone know where you can get FAT FREE cottage cheese from? I though the sains one was but that was less than 2% fat?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Hope your tooth gets better, nothing worse than a toothache:( I don't think I have ever seen a fat free cottage cheese - Slimming World specifies that as long as the label says very low fat then it is free for us:j

Hi all, I'm busy 'carbing up' for my 20 mile walk tomorow!!!!! I'm doing green today:

Breakfast - breakfast rice with natural yog, pear, mixed berries
    Snack - banana
Lunch - HM potato salad & HM coleslaw (3 for dressing)
Tea - HM turkey lasagne, salad and SW chips

I forgot to buy quark for my lasagne topping so may have to use some milk and thicken it with cornflour and flavour with mustard powder and veg stock powder. Unless anyone has any other ideas?

I've joined online and set myself the target of two stone to lose, although I haven't weighed recently so will weigh in later and then I'll know exactly what my target is!

Does anyone know where is the cheapest place to buy Mullerlight at the moment or is there another thread for this?

Someone recently posted about breakfast on the go and I think I am going to struggle with this, so will be trying to think up some answers. At least over the weekend there are lots of breakfast choices.

I've never done this before and finding the rules quite complicated so far.

The Tesco Value cottage cheese is fat free, and really nice. Its 49p for a 300g tub.

I'm planning an EE day today:

    B: Pineapple, ww yoghurt, coffee
L: Tuna Salad Bowl (tuna, mixed lettuce, onion, sweetcorn, cucumber, 2 tbsp extra light mayo 1.5 syns)
    S: Fibre Plus Bar (HEB)
D: Pork, spinach & potatoes (sauce still to be decided)
S: Hot choc (2 syns & HEA), aero bubbleball (5 syns)
    :starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:
