    Morning all

Well done on the losses :T

    I say Quaaaaaaaaaark too :rotfl:
Well we have another ridiculously hot day here again!!!!

    My meal plan is:-
It isn't quite as organised as usual... I keep umming and ahhing -this weather doesn't help does it confused.gif. Anyway -For now I have settled on:-
    • honeydew melon
    • galia melon
    • peach
    • strawberries
    • pineapple
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1tsp camp coffee (0.5)
    • lunch -probably more fruit tongue.gif
    • 100g fruit quark (2.5)
    • sticky buffalo chicken (2.5)
    • lettuce
    • cucumber
    • tomatoes
    • celery
    • peppers
    • gherkin
    • home made coleslaw
    • 198g steamed potatoes (B)
    • fruit
Hmmm well that leaves me 1 A+B to use and I will have used 5.5 syns biggrin.gif
Im sat here now with 1tsp of camp coffee mixed into my 250ml semi -its gorgeous biggrin.gif....although it is quite "guzzleable" -yes that IS a word tongue.gif -so I might have to use my other (A) up like this later wink.gif and I guess I can use a cereal bar for my other (B)!!!

I have made the marinade for the buffalo chicken and its lovely -its supposed to be for chicken wings -but Im doing strips of chicken breast instead ;) -will put them into it in a moment and leave them to soak for hours mmmm
Hope everyone is having a good weekend

Had the evening off last night but am back on track today with a green day:

B: Coffee, bowl of strawberries w/ FF yoghurt
    L: Wholemeal roll(HEB1), 42g mozzarella(HEA1), tomatoes
D: SW chips, eggs, beans, 2 meat free burgers (2 syns)
S: More strawberries, Choc mint Hi Fi Bar (HEB2) and probably some mikado sticks tonight to bring my syns up to 5.

Re the savoury rice I have to say at my class there is nothing said about having to have it as a supplement to a meal for it to be free. I think if SW are saying things like those are only free as a part of a meal then they need to make this clear both in the literature and in the classes which they don't at present.

Any ideas for this one -- I want to make the couscous frittas myself this week but need some ideas on what to add to spice them up. I've had chilli but not a 'hot' person, hubby added fresh herbs last time and that was all I could taste. I was thinking something like sweet and sour but hubby said it would be too wet, had thought I'd give it a curry flavour but would be interested in your ideas too.

    Thx in advance :T
