Hi Everyone.
I was wondering if I could get some feedback on my plan for the day?
Breakfast
Raisin Wheats HeB (1/2 28g)
Skim milk HeA (1/4 - 87ml)
Tea w/ Semi skimHeA (1/4 - 62ml)
Lunch
Tomatoes Free
Celery Free
Hummous HeB (1/2 14g)
SnackFruit Free
Tea w/semi skim HeA (1/4 - 62ml)
Dinner
Pasta Free
Halloumi 3.5
Mixed Veg Free
Spray of frylight Free
Muller light Free
Hot chock w/semi skim HeA (1/4 - 62ml) and 2 syns
Syns 5.5
I end up doing my healthy extra A in bits coz i have it in cups of tea or with a tiny bit of cereal. I've given myself a low syn count today as we're off to the park and i'll prob end up having a Solero (5 syns I think).

Sorry to repeat myself but again this would work better as a green day rather than an EE one. I just think that unless you are having meat there is no reason to have an extra easy day as you are essentially just depriving yourself of an extra HEA and HEB choice. Also by changing to green the houmous can count as a HEB choice which it can't on red and EE.
You can split your HE's up but this can only be done where the HE is made up of one choice only. So it doesn't work with the raisin wheats because to count it as a HEB choice you have a ryvita multigrain with it. It would for example work with eg special k sustain (ie 28g=a HEB choice so you could have 14g and 14g of houmous and count both as a HEB choice if you wanted). If you like houmous btw you may want to buy some low fat one as you can have a larger 57g portion of that as HEB on a green day.
I know it seems very confusing but really the longer you follow the plan the more you get your head around it.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -

I dont know if any of you remeber me, but I'm baaaaaaaack!
I am now out of refuge, living in a nice lil 2 bed flat about 15 mins walk from the beach
I am uber happy at the moment and well up for some extra easy weightloss!
Joined a group on Thursday, bought a 2nd hand 'your shape' game for the wii for a tenner, so I'm raring to go! :j
Started on Thursday as I done and online shop and had it delivered Wednesday evening.
I'll try and pop in every day and post my meal plans, I want to start a blog too, anyone reccomend a good blog site?
BF: 2 rashers bacon (no fat) 1 dry fried egg, 2 plum tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans.
Lunch: Jacket tattie, tuna (made with salad cream, mayo = 2 syns) but only had half, half a plate of salad, cucumber and onion. (1syn)
Tea: Having, HM burgers (seasoned with garlic, black pepper, onion, parsley) SW chips and loadsa salad. Brown roll HEb, 2 dairly lea light slices HEa. will have it with 1TBSP mayo(0.5syn), 1TBSP Nandos peri peri(0.5syn), and 1TBSP salad cream(1.5syn) for the salad.0 -

when is Aunt Flo due Karen? i used to put on 4lbs! how about that? don't beat yourself up about it,muscle weighs heavier than fat,are you bulking up with muscle instead? and there's the bacon thing? are you drinking fruit juice? did you know it was syns? what clothes did you wear to weigh in in? did that make sense?
don't get down hearted,you're not over heavy anyways (she says,i am similar to you and poor hubby had 'that' conversation this morning,"do i look fat in these shorts?")
keep your chin up and keep swaying your sexy a**e and maybe next week will be different?0 -

I drink probably 6 pints of water a day plus another 1.5litres if at the gym.
I have been exercising this much for a while now so its not new.

Aunt Flo not due yet. I did wonder if it might be muscle but at what point does the weight come down? Surely I can't weigh this much forever - according to the weight chart thingys i am overweight!! Haven't had bacon all week but have had fruit juice but I have syned that. Oh well - onwards and upwards - just hopefully not outwards0 -

I'm not losing much weight, but I have dropped a jeans size, and I even need a belt to keep those jeans up now.
Maybe it is more important how youe clothes fit, than what you weigh?I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

I am going to measure myself tomorrow and monitor that as well to see if I am loosing inches which would indicate I am gaining muscle. Thanks ladies, I think I am just dissapointed that my hard work isn't showing on the scales x0 -
Evening all, WI today and sts [sigh] really didn't expect anything else. Am 5lb away from previous target and its really slow going.
Food today
B - weetabix milk [a] coffee
L/T - noodles, blitzed carrot, oxo
Snacks - oaty bar , crisps [6.5], pineapple
Syns - 6.5Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
