Feeling really fed up today, not felt this way for a long time just want to eat what I feel like and not stick to sw at all. Really want to pig out on pizza or chinese but I won't get the chance as can't afford it so thats a good thing really. Have eaten LOADS of chocolate raisins today but as thats all I've had so far thats probably why I feel fed up.

Ok am drawing a line _____________________________ on that and will eat free food for the rest of evening even though all I can picture is pizza or chinese [preferably pizza though]. Will be sw chips instead I expect :o.

Takeiteazy, could you get the taste of pizza without the crust by cooking up a nice rich tomato sauce, adding garlic, anchovies, whatever you'd have on a pizza, but pour it over some pasta? Or is that not the same? And you can easily do a SW friendly stir fry and pretend it's a takeaway :p Probably not much help if you have your mind set on the real thing though, sorry.

No, you add nothing but those four ingredients. It's perfect, unbelievable I know. (once you've tried it "virgin" so to speak, you can add bits if you want, I add fresh basil and little cubes of cheese to mine. It doesn't need anything else though, remember the baked beans have all sorts of salt/sugar stuff in.

I can quite happily confirm that Waitrose are indeed selling Kelloggs Fibre Plus bars in-store for £1 - I brought 10 boxes yesterday! (Got some very funny looks in the checkout queue) I've taken to cutting them into 3 pieces now - I find that just one piece can sometimes cure the chocolate cravings so it's a good way of both making them last longer & consuming less syns!

I'm staying at my Mum's for the weekend dog-sitting so have been doing tonnes of cooking to keep me busy. Big batches of pasta sauce, pickled onion soup and by the end of the day spaghetti bolognese are currently filling the freezer. The big challenge comes tomorrow though; I'm entering my local farmer's market cupcake competition, so the plan is to spend tomorrow trying out various recipes... and then getting other people to eat them. If ever there was a test of my will power...!
